Ex-staffer for Texas Congressman Joe Barton gets 5 years for child porn

    March 2016

A former staff member for U.S. Rep. Joe Barton, R-Arlington, was sentenced Wednesday to five years in federal prison for receiving child pornography.

James Maines Jr., 54, of Mesquite tried to forward five child pornography images from his personal email account to his U.S. House account, authorities said.

Congressman Slept With And Then Sued Allegedly Drug-Addicted Staffer

Texas Democratic Rep. Al Green had sex with a staffer who he said was a drug addict and then sued her when she threatened to go public with claims she suffered a hostile work environment, saying he “will not be extorted or blackmailed.”

Lucinda Daniels, his onetime district director, claimed she suffered a hostile work environment, claimed sexual harassment and demanded $1.8 million. Green sued her, saying she was using their sexual relationship to shake him down at the behest of other unnamed conspirators.

“Daniels has threatened to go public with her complaints if the Congressman does not per her money. Green has done nothing wrong and refuses to pay ‘hush money’ just for political expediency. Green will not be extorted or blackmailed by Daniels. He will not be the victim of a shakedown by Daniels and her agents. Green demands vindication of his actions and now sues Daniels for declaratory judgment relief relating to her workplace allegations and her quest for money,” documents Green filed in federal court in 2008 say.

Daniels also unknowingly dialed the congressman while she was allegedly buying cocaine. Green submitted the voicemail, now sealed, as evidence in the case.

In the recording, “Daniels is heard ‘snorting’ the cocaine immediately before questioning whether it was ‘cut’ with some other substance and being assured that it was “straight off the ki[lo] … Daniels asks for the purchase price of the drugs, which she calls her ‘Tuesday special’ price. In response, the drug dealer sells her the drugs for $40.”

Green said Daniels “act[ed] sluggish at work as through under the influence of drugs” and “slurr[ed] her speech as if under drug influence.” He claims she fell “asleep on the phone in the middle of telephone conversations with staff and the Congressman” and had “a general appearance of incoherence at times due to apparent drug use.”

Lucinda Daniels, the staffer, claimed she suffered a hostile work environment.

Green confronted Daniels on the drug use and suggested she seek treatment. Not long afterward, Daniels “claims the Congressman retaliated against her in the workplace because of her gender and because she refused additional romantic requests.” Green rejected her claims as false.

Though the case apparently went unnoticed, Green’s office put out a preemptive statement Monday in conjunction with Daniels saying:
In the present climate, we wish to jointly quiet any curious minds about our former and present relationship with one another. We are friends, and have long been friends. At an unfortunate time in our lives, when both of our feelings were hurt, we hastily made allegations and charges against one another that have been absolutely resolved.

This matter has been resolved without payment of any money or transfer of any consideration of any kind by either of us to the other. As friends, we have both agreed that we see no need to make further statements regarding this absolutely resolved matter.

Another article about this scum, leaving out the quotes from the DC story:

STUNNING=> Dem Congressman Calling For Trump Impeachment ‘Had SEX With Drug-Addicted Staffer’ — Then SUED HER!

    by Joshua Caplan
    November 27, 2017

Rep. Al Green (D-TX) is under fire following reports he had sex with a drug-addicted staffer and then sued her after she threatened to go public with the encounter. Green is one of the loudest voices on Capitol Hill calling for President Trump to be impeached.

As recent as October, Green called for Trump’s impeachment.

According to Green, the impeachment process must begin because Trump is “undermining the integrity of the Executive Office of the President of the United States.”

Rep Al Green I will vote to impeach Trump MSNBC
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_e8fEtfsyT0

Green claims, “[Trump] has undermined the integrity of his office, has brought disrepute onto the presidency, has betrayed his trust as president to the manifest injury of the people of the United States of America and as a result is unfit to be president.”

“He warrants impeachment, trial and removal from office,” Green added.

“The behavior attributed to Glenn in this Vox story is very concerning and not in keeping with the standards and values of The New York Times,”
I find that somewhat hard to believe. That may be the official line, but leftists seem to live in a morals-free bubble. It's getting publicity that concerns them.

Conyers faces new pressure to resign after fourth accuser alleges harassment

By Elise Viebeck,, Mike DeBonis and Ed O'Keefe November 28 at 8:20 PM

The political future of Congress’s longest-serving member, Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich.), appeared precarious late Tuesday as leaders pressured him to resign over allegations he sexually harassed multiple female aides.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and members of the Congressional Black Caucus are encouraging the veteran lawmaker to step down as soon as this week after a fourth accuser came forward Tuesday morning, according to a senior Democratic aide who asked for anonymity in order to describe private conversations.

Though Conyers denies wrongdoing and has insisted he will not resign, he stepped down as ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee on Sunday. The move was seen as a concession to critics who said he should no longer occupy such a powerful perch as allegations mount.

The 88-year-old lawmaker was not spotted Tuesday at evening votes, where members of the CBC held a rare huddle on the House floor.

Several members of the group declined to say publicly whether Conyers should step down.

“Resignation is a personal matter,” said Rep. Cedric Richmond (D-La.), the chairman of the CBC. “That’s a personal decision for him and his family.”

“I don’t think we should rush to judgment on decisions,” said Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.), ranking member of House Homeland Security Committee. “It’s his decision to make, and I would look forward to him at some point making that decision.”

Conyers, an icon of liberal policymaking, has become a focus in discussions about sexual harassment in Congress, as decades of misconduct and a pattern of secret settlements between lawmakers and staffers come to light on Capitol Hill. While a growing number of female lawmakers are urging congressional leaders to respond swiftly, Conyers’s seniority and participation in the civil rights movement have given some colleagues pause about calling for his resignation. Pelosi called him “an icon” on Sunday talk shows, only to face immediate criticism from women’s rights advocates and others.

Saying she has “looked up to Rep. Conyers for decades,” Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.) said Tuesday he nonetheless must step down given the pattern of misconduct alleged by former aides.

“This is a watershed moment where, finally, the country seems to be waking up and realizing we need to have a zero tolerance policy toward sexual harassment,” Jayapal, a member of the Judiciary Committee, said in a statement.

“I believe these women, I see the pattern and there is only one conclusion — Mr. Conyers must resign,” she stated.

A report published Tuesday in the Detroit News could make it harder for Conyers to defy such calls to step aside. The paper reported that Deanna Maher, who worked for Conyers between 1997 and 2005, said he propositioned her once and inappropriately touched her twice.

Multiple allegations have surfaced since last week, when BuzzFeed reported Conyers reached a financial settlement in 2015 with a former employee who said she was fired for refusing his sexual advances.

In court documents filed earlier this year, a second woman, Maria Reddick, accused Conyers of harassing her while she worked as his scheduler.

And in an interview with The Washington Post, a well-known lawyer specializing in congressional ethics accused Conyers of harassing and verbally abusing her when she worked for him in the 1990s.

The House Ethics Committee has launched an investigation into Conyers’s behavior, and on Tuesday, Pelosi urged the panel to probe the sexual harassment allegations “expeditiously as well as fairly.”

“As one who served seven years on the Ethics Committee, I know that the demands on staff and resources can at times be overstretched. Should you need any additional resources to fairly and swiftly pursue these investigations, please make that need known,” Pelosi wrote in a letter to the committee’s leaders Tuesday afternoon.

A call to Conyers’s attorney was not immediately returned Tuesday afternoon. “He’s on a very important phone call with Washington right now,” a secretary said.

Who Is The Dead Intern Behind Trump’s Tweet At Joe Scarborough?

    Robert Donachie
Capitol Hill and Health Care Reporter

President Donald Trump dredged up an incident from 2001 involving the death of MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough staffer while he was serving in Congress, calling for an investigation into what happened.

“Will they terminate low ratings Joe Scarborough based on the ‘unsolved mystery’ that took place in Florida years ago? Investigate!” Trump tweeted Wednesday morning.

While Scarborough was a congressman in the summer of 2001, a 28-year-old female staffer, Lori Klausutis, was found dead in Scarborough’s Florida district office in Fort Walton Beach. Investigators declared the death to be of natural causes, but that hasn’t stopped some from questioning whether or not foul play was involved.

The Fort Walton Beach Police Department medical examiner determined a month after Klausutis’s death that she died of a head injury. The medical examiner said Klausutis lost consciousness due to an abnormal heart rhythm and fell. She then, according to reports, hit her head on her desk, causing an injury that ultimately led to her death.

Klausutis had reportedly told people the day before her death that she felt ill, but she did not give any more details as to what was ailing her at the time.

The case has landed Scarborough in the sights of liberal filmmakers Michael Moore, media outlets TheDailyKos and Vanity Fair, and now the president.

From what was said on The Talk today, it involved rather young staffers and some rather young Olympic athletes during the Russian Olympic games. Apparently someone was smart enough to take video and photos. Who knows maybe it was the russians who have the video and photos???

Report: Conyers to announce retirement in January

Posted at 8:41 pm on November 29, 2017

In the end this may have been the only compromise available to Pelosi. She couldn’t force him to resign and his allies in the House may have resented any attempt to make him do so, knowing that it would have appeared as though he was stepping down in disgrace. Which, ah, he would have been.

So Conyers gets to finish out his two years, leaving on “his own terms” replete with plenty of pomp and circumstance in the House about his glorious legacy, and then he’s gone. And in the meantime Democrats get to cross their fingers and hope that there isn’t a drumbeat of new accusations against Conyers in the media over the next year that dilutes their “the GOP elected a predator in Roy Moore!” message for the midterms.

The funniest part of this? Conyers apparently plans to wait until just a few weeks after the Alabama election to make his move. If he announced his retirement beforehand, Dems might get a little credit from Alabama voters for trying to clear the bad guys out of Congress. In a very tight race, who knows how that might affect Moore’s support. As it is, no dice.
Sources told Local 4 that Conyers will not seek re-election for a new term in the wake of the scandal, which continues to grow.

Two sources close to the Conyers situation told Local 4’s Rod Meloni that the congressman won’t resign. It’s his intent to announce in January that he won’t run for re-election in 2018.
His lawyer insisted today that he won’t be forced out of office, although really he meant to say he won’t be forced out right now. Meanwhile, here’s a charming tidbit from this morning’s Democratic caucus meeting on sexual harassment via NYT reporter Robert Draper. It’s rare that a congressman says something so offensive that it makes you gasp. Even rarer is him doing it twice in one day:
    Robert Draper@DraperRobert

Also at this morning's House Democratic caucus: James Clyburn compared Conyers' accusers to the child murderer Susan Smith, who initially claimed a black man had abducted her kids. Clyburn said, these are all white women who've made these charges against Conyers.
Susan Smith is the South Carolina woman who locked her two young sons in her car in 1994, rolled it into a lake to drown them so that she’d be “free” to be with her lover, then told police that a black man had carjacked her and driven away with the boys in the backseat. She’s one of the most notorious child murderers in modern American history. This is the moral yardstick for which Clyburn reaches to measure the multiple allegations against Conyers, never mind that many, many more prominent white men in various fields have been accused of harassment by white women over the past two months than black men have. Clyburn is a race-baiter of longstanding, though, and he’s served in Congress alongside Conyers long enough — almost 25 years — that he’s surely heard whispers about his behavior before. This is how he reacts to a few women finally speaking up. He’s a disgrace. No wonder Kathleen Rice walked out of that caucus meeting this morning.

In lieu of an exit question, here’s a real political ad that’s currently running in Conyers’s home state of Michigan. There’ll be plenty of spots that reference the “Pervnado” next year but few quite like this.

The Metropolitan Opera’s former music director and conductor James Levine has been suspended after three men came forward with allegations of sexual abuse.

According to a New York Times report, the Met’s general manager Peter Gelb stated the opera house would be canceling Levine’s upcoming conducting engagements, including a production of Puccini’s “Tosca” scheduled to begin New Year’s Eve, and that they had asked an outside law firm, Proskauer Rose, to conduct an investigation into the allegations.

In a statement posted to Twitter, the Met confirmed Levine’s suspension, referring to the allegations as a “tragedy for anyone whose life has been affected.”

The abuse allegedly took place more than 30 years ago, when all three men were teenagers. Chris Brown, James Lestock, and Ashok Pai each have claimed that Levine assaulted them, with the earliest incident occurring in the early 1960s. Two of the encounters — one of which allegedly occurred repeatedly — took place at the Meadow Brook School of Music in Michigan, and the third, which is also alleged to have led to multiple encounters, in Illinois near the Ravinia Festival, where Levine was the director.

The Times report cites Gelb as admitting that allegations of a similar nature had reached the Met before, with one instance occurring in 1976, when the Met’s then-executive director made at least one member of the board aware of an unsigned letter the Met had received claiming unspecified misbehavior from Levine.

The suspension comes after the Met announced on Saturday that it would begin an investigation into Levine after an article detailed Pai’s allegation, which he reported to the Lake Forest, Ill. police department in 2016 and that the Met had known about since at least that time.

Brown stated that Levine masturbated him when he was 17 years old at the Meadow Brook School after Levine made him the principal bass. “I think it was basically a combination of fatigue and being young that allowed me to go to the bed — it was the bottom bunk — and have him masturbate me,” he said. The 66-year-old added that Levine “almost immediately” asked him to reciprocate, which he did. The next time they saw each other, Brown said, he told Levine he wouldn’t do it again, and asked whether he and Levine could continue to work on his music together, to which Levine said they could not.

Lestock reported a similar interaction, in which, during a private meeting in his dorm at Meadow Brook when he was 17 years old, Levine asked him to take his clothes off. “My initial response included the word ‘no,’” he said. “I was not interested in that. But he ignored that, and pursued the point, and convinced me to let him masturbate me.”

According to Lestock, after he joined the Cleveland Institute of Music, where Levine was an assistant conductor of the orchestra, Levine encouraged the group of musicians to take part in sessions where they would be blindfolded and masturbate people without knowledge of who they were. “This was the extent to which he had control,” Lestock, who is now 67, said.

Pai claimed that he first met Levine when he was five, and at age 16, Levine began what would turn into years of sexual encounters by touching his penis in a motel room.

“I was vulnerable,” said the now-48-year-old Pai. “I was under this man’s sway, I saw him as a safe, protective person, he took advantage of me, he abused me and it has really messed me up.”

Musical organizations that Levine has been a part of over the years, including Ravinia and the Boston Symphony Orchestra, told the Times they not received allegations of improper behavior against Levine.

The Association Musicians of Greater New York, Local 802, AFM chapter released a statement denouncing sexual abuse:

“We are horrified and sickened by the recently reported allegations of sexual abuse by Mr. Levine. The Metropolitan Opera has an obligation to all employees to provide a safe workplace free of sexual harassment and discrimination. Throughout history, artists have stood for our society’s values and priorities. As musicians of the MET Orchestra, Local 802 and members of labor unions, we have the power to bring about positive change. It is incumbent upon our community to decisively and immediately denounce actions of abuse, assault and sexual harassment.”

Variety has reached out to Levine’s representatives and the Met for further comment.

Is it just me, or does it seem the majority of the sexual harassers are Jewish men?

Well, men at last. Davis, Scarborough, and other names aren't Jewish, nor is Conyers. What about the 79 pedos? We don't know their names now. You'd have to look through a huge database of pervs and see, and even then it wouldn't be precise.

The idea that Jews have a corner on perversion is beyond silly.

I don't think Jews have a corner on perversion, but there are a lot of Jewish men listed in the Hollyweird and New York City lists. I mean a lot, and much higher than the 2 or 3 percent of our total population would support.
I'm just wondering if there is anything specific to Jewish male culture that would lead to this kind of behavior.

I've never heard of such a thing. The culture of self-worship has many adherents from every race, language, and culture. Our 'values-free' educational establishment isn't helping at all.

    Bill Ayers and gang rape
    By M. Catharine Evans
The current sex crimes dragnet sweeping across the country, pulling in celebrities, media millionaires, and politicians, has yet to reel in a high-profile professor from the hallowed halls of academia

Will Bill Ayers be the first?

In a 2006 Frontpagemag article entitled "Remembering a Sixties Terrorist," a woman named Donna Ron recounted what she described as "the defining event of my life."

As a sophomore at the University of Michigan in 1965, Ron was caught up in the antiwar movement when she met and dated Ayers. Two months after meeting Ayers, Ron alleges that he locked her in his apartment and told her she couldn't leave until she had sex with his roommate and his brother.

    From FrontPageMag (warning graphic language):

Bill Ayers' apartment was around the corner and a half a block away from the sorority house… Sometimes I would stop by... What I do recall is that when I was getting ready to leave Ayers told me I couldn't go until I slept with his roommate and his brother.

At first I thought Ayers was joking. I got up; and went to the door. He moved quickly to block me at the doorway. He locked the door and put the chain on it. I went to the couch and sat down and told him that I had no intention of having sex with his roommate and his brother or him. He said that I had no choice but to do as he said if I wanted to get out of there. He claimed that I wouldn't sleep with his married roommate because he was black – that I was a bigot.

I felt trapped. I had to get out of the situation I was in and because he was so effective a guilt-tripper, I also felt I had to prove to him that I wasn't a bigot. I got up from the couch and walked over to the black roommate's bed and put myself on it and he [f-----] me. I went totally out of my body. I floated beside myself on the outside and above the bed looking at this black stranger [f---] me angrily while I hated myself.

After that I had to go lie down on Bill Ayer's bed for his brother to [s----] me. Rick Ayers was a decent person, unlike his brother, and couldn't go through with it He started and stopped and let me go. I also thought I had to let Bill [s----] me but at that point he unbolted the door and I left.

I remember going back to the sorority house and talking to my best girlfriend and telling her what had happened. But there were no words yet to describe it. There was no term "date rape" yet in our political vocabulary...

I was a mess and felt it was my fault for letting it happen. I was ashamed. Back home at the end of the semester, I got my parents to send me to a psychiatrist.

In 2008, Ron repeated the details of her ordeal to WND, adding, "I was terrified. People underestimate terrorism by psychological intimidation. I felt like I was being held prisoner."

It's been almost ten years since Ron alleged that Ayers set up a gang-rape in his apartment. At the time, her story was confined to a few alternative conservative websites (ironic, considering that Ron was an Obama supporter and committed socialist).

Today, not only are women with similar narratives being heard, but the men they accuse are being held accountable.

The avalanche of accusations in recent weeks, beginning with Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, suggests that Ron's horrific encounter with Ayers could resurface.
To date, Ayers's only response to Ron's accusation came in 2001. After discovering that the terrorist had gone on to fame and fortune at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Ron emailed him about what happened at his apartment in 1965. Ayers said he "did not remember her."

Ron, who has resided in Israel for many years, may not be aware that the tide has turned here in the U.S., but the timing couldn't be more perfect to subject the terrorist to the same scrutiny as other outed alleged sexual predators. As a co-founder of the Weather Underground, Ayers boasted about the group's willingness to engage in all kinds of deviant sex. His admission makes Donna's story even more credible. Not only that, but her narrative and Ayers's sordid history suggest the real possibility that there may be more of Ayers's victims out there. Now the question is, after aggressively targeting other millionaire males, many of whom have lost their jobs, when will the mainstream media go after Bill Ayers?

'The Voice' star Melanie Martinez accused of sex assault by former friend, denies allegations

Singer Melanie Martinez has been accused of sex assault by a former friend, who claims to have “repeatedly said no” to her sexual advances.
Timothy Heller, a Los Angeles-based aspiring singer, came forward with the allegations late Monday, sharing her story on Twitter about how she said Martinez, an artist who shot to stardom after appearing on NBC’s “The Voice,” sexually assaulted her.

“I have kept this secret for years, convincing myself that it wasn't a big deal and I wasn't hurt by it. The thought of accepting that my best friend raped me seems insane,” Heller began her post on Twitter that attracted more than 61,000 shares at the time of publication. “When faced with a friend who really needed help though, I can honestly say she let me down completely.

Heller claims she was sexually assaulted by her then-best friend “during the most difficult time in my life, my rock bottom,” and taken advantage of during one of the nights she slept at the singer’s place.*

Heller did not specify when the alleged assault occurred.

“I never said yes. I said no, repeatedly. But she used her power over me, and broke me down,” she said. “Just so there is no confusion, I was molested by my best friend.”
After multiple attempts to touch her, Martinez proceeded to perform “oral sex on me and then I was penetrated with a sex toy without being asked,” the woman alleged. “She knew I didn't want to, I made that clear,” noting that she was “completely not reciprocating.”

Heller wrote that she was encouraged to break her silence following the recent sexual misconduct allegations against celebrities and other popular figures. “The only reason I do this now is because I'm hoping because of recent events, people will believe me.”

“I beg you to imagine her role in this being a man. Girls can rape girls. Best friends can rape best friends. Friendships does not equal consent. Silence doesn't equal consent. I wish it wasn't so hard for me to convince myself of these things,” she added.

Martinez responded to the allegations on Monday, writing on social media that although she’s “horrified” by the allegations, Heller “never said no to what we chose to do together.”*

She wrote: “I am horrified and saddened by the statements and story told by Timothy Heller. What she and I shared was a close friendship … We tried to help each other. We both had pain in dealing with our individual demons … She never said no to what we chose to do together. And although we parted ways, I am sending her love and light always.”

Doctor Oz is interviewing patients of a neurologist who was demanding sex in exchange for medical treatment.
People are quick to confuse and despise confidence as arrogance but that is common amongst those who have never accomplished anything in their lives and who have always played it safe not willing to risk failure.

Anthony Edwards and two other male movie stars will be on Doctor Oz naming names of the big producer that sexually molested them and for years. There's a commercial "boys will be boys" and Edwards is in the commercial, it explains why he's so pensive in the commercial now. There's a follow up commercial to the Boys will be Boys commercial now, Enough is Enough and it Stops Now.

As FBI Directors, Mueller and Comey Ignored Dozens of Female Agents Who Were Sexually Abused by Colleagues and Extorted at Alarming Rate

Posted on December 6, 2017 by Investigative Bureau

Spanning more than a decade, former FBI directors Robert Mueller and his successor and protégé James Comey relied on their inner circles to help cover up a surging and troubling amount of sexual misconduct complaints filed by physically violated and emotionally battered female FBI agents.

There is a culture of corruption in the FBI. Or the FBI is a culture of corruption.
“They (Mueller and Comey) didn’t care as long as they were insulated politically,” one female FBI insider said. “It’s rampant. People wouldn’t believe it. Agents are being sexually assaulted and they are terrified to speak out.”

While similar sexual abuse in Hollywood has garnered the public’s outrage and attention, the systemic abuse fostered by Mueller and Comey is far worse, according to numerous FBI personnel. By ignoring the abuse instead of confronting it, Mueller and Comey ultimately created a culture of enablers and silencers who often worked together to openly sexually abuse and exploit women in the Bureau, then punish the agents who have the guts to balk or walk.

“I lost everything because I stood up to the sexual abuse,” one female FBI agent said.

“I stupidly told (female) agents that if we told the truth we could stop it from happening. It was the biggest mistake of my career. There is no place for honesty in the FBI anymore.”

A veteran male agent reluctantly agreed.
