BREAKING SCANDAL: Dem Rep. John Conyers Accused of Sexual Harassment – Flew Women Into DC For Sex Romps
    By

    November 20, 2017

As TGP previously reported, according to Axios reporter Jonathan Swan, claims against Democrat Al Franken are the “very tip of the congressional iceberg.”

The “next wave,” is coming, says Swan.

Congress has a rampant sexual harassment problem. In fact the problem is so bad that female lawmakers and aides keep a ‘creep list’ of men who are notorious for lewd behavior.

It was revealed Monday evening that one Congressman who settled a harassment suit in 2015 was Democrat Rep John Conyers. The documents were first provided to BuzzFeed News by Mike Cernovich.

Independent journalist Mike Cernovich teased from his Twitter account Sunday evening following the Axios report. “Ranking Democrat on major committee accused of several harassment by multiple women. Huge scandal. Developing…” Cernovich tweeted.

On Monday Cernovich tweeted “Tonight” over his Sunday night teaser.

    Buzzfeed reports:

Michigan Rep. John Conyers, a Democrat and the longest-serving member of the House of Representatives, settled a wrongful dismissal complaint in 2015 with a former employee who alleged she was fired because she would not “succumb to [his] sexual advances.”

Documents from the complaint obtained by BuzzFeed News include four signed affidavits, three of which are notarized, from former staff members who allege that Conyers, the ranking Democrat on the powerful House Judiciary Committee, repeatedly made sexual advances to female staff that included requests for sexual favors, contacting and transporting other women with whom they believed Conyers was having affairs, caressing their hands sexually, and rubbing their legs and backs in public. Four people involved with the case verified the documents are authentic.

Buzzfeed also reported that staffers were tasked with flying women in for Conyers using Congressional resources!

One affidavit from a former female employee states that she was tasked with flying in women for the congressman. “One of my duties while working for Rep. Conyers was to keep a list of women that I assumed he was having affairs with and call them at his request and, if necessary, have them flown in using Congressional resources,” said her affidavit. (A second staffer alleged in an interview that Conyers used taxpayer resources to fly women to him.)

Former employees also said that Conyers made it very clear that if they performed ‘personal favors’ it would lead to salary increases and promotions. It was well known Conyers was having affairs with multiple female staffers. He often made sexual advances towards women and grew angry if they brought their husbands around.

    Congressman Conyers pictured below.

Rep. Jackie Speier (D-CA) recently told MSNBC’s Chuck Todd that taxpayers have paid over $15 million to settle sexual harassment lawsuits against members of Congress!

    TAXPAYER MONEY.

We the people deserve to know all the names of the predators on Capitol Hill. They must be publicly shamed, forced to resign and pay the taxpayers back.

No doubt some women gladly go along with prostituting themselves for furthering careers. Others are more reluctant; didn't realize that was the SOP, and so on. It seems clear as a washed window that Hollyweird is one of the centers of depravity in the US, along with regular media and DC...

I don't know what you mean by the bolded part. For one thing, I don't equally blame the females, since if the male pervs were not forcing/pressuring women into the casting couch, there would be no casting couch. It is not being a "prude" to speak out against sexual perversion, even after wards, if it is true. Women who don't mind being sluts are not going to be protesting about it. The real tragedy is that lack of basic moral absolutes have created an atmosphere when animal like men feel perfectly justified in using women sexually with abandon, and some (enough anyway) women feel as though it's just fine to go along or even incite such behavior, and even if they feel weird about it or don't want to go along with it, they're being "prudes".

REVEALED: Top Democrat Paid Off Sexual Harassment Accuser With $27K In Taxpayer Money

A leading Democratic congressman settled a wrongful dismissal complaint for more than $27,000 in taxpayer funding after he allegedly fired the staffer because she would not “succumb to [his] sexual advances,” according to a new report.

The congressman, Michigan Rep. John Conyers, is described as a serial sexual harasser who would prey on his female staffers in sworn affidavits signed by four of his former staffers. BuzzFeed News first reported the bombshell allegations and accompanying settlement after right-wing blogger Mike Cernovich provided the website with the documents.

One former female employee filed a complaint with the Congressional Office Of Compliance in 2014, alleging that she was fired for rebuffing Conyers’ sexual advances. It was that employee who eventually received a $27,111.75 settlement in 2015, in exchange for a confidentiality agreement. The congressman did not admit to fault as part of the settlement agreement.

“In her complaint, the former employee said Conyers repeatedly asked her for sexual favors and often asked her to join him in a hotel room. On one occasion, she alleges that Conyers asked her to work out of his room for the evening, but when she arrived the congressman started talking about his sexual desires,” BuzzFeed reported. “She alleged he then told her she needed to ‘touch it,’ in reference to his penis, or find him a woman who would meet his sexual demands.”

Conyers regularly made sexual advances on female staffers and would ask them for sexual favors, according to the affidavits signed by his former staffers. “Rep. Conyers strongly postulated that the performing of personal service or favors would be looked upon favorably and lead to salary increases or promotions,” one former employee said in an affidavit.

He also allegedly abused taxpayer funds to shuttle in women with whom he had sexual relationships.

“One of my duties while working for Rep. Conyers was to keep a list of women that I assumed he was having affairs with and call them at his request and, if necessary, have them flown in using Congressional resources,” one affidavit states. Another staffer told BuzzFeed that Conyers, who is the longest-serving congressman, used taxpayer funds to fly women into see him.

The bombshell allegations come just days after it was revealed that the Congressional Office Of Compliance spent $17 million of taxpayer funding on harassment settlements, including for sexual harassment.

Congress Spent $17 Million Paying For Its Harassment Settlements

The Congressional Office Of Compliance (OOC) released a year-by-year breakdown Wednesday of harassment settlements, including the $17 million awarded to victims throughout the past decade.

The OCC said it decided to release the information regarding payment of awards and settlements regarding all types of harassment due to the mass amounts of recent inquiries. In the released statement, OCC executive director Susan Tsui Grundmann explained that these cases originate from multiple offices inside of the legislative branch, other than the House or the Senate.

“Based on the volume of recent inquiries regarding payment of awards and settlements reached under the CAA, I am releasing these figures beginning with Fiscal Year 1997, up to and including FY 2017,” Grundmann wrote. “A large portion of cases originate from employing offices in the legislative branch other than the House of Representatives or the Senate, and involve various statutory provisions incorporated by the CAA, such as the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.”

The breakdown shows more than $17 million spent on settling harassment claims throughout the past decade.

Congressional Office of Compliance releases year-by-year breakdown of harassment settlements and awards:

In the newly released breakdown, harassment payouts averaged almost $400,000 per victim in 2002. In 2017, there has been nearly $1 million in payouts amongst eight victims.

The OCC’s release of harassment settlements comes as various congressional staffers have come forward with allegations of sexual harassment and groping from lawmakers, adding to the cascade of women coming forward against powerful men.

The release also comes the same day that Minnesota Sen. Al Franken was accused of sexually harassing a news anchor multiple times during a USO entertainment tour in the Middle East in 2006.

Barack Obama accused by two men of inappropriate behavior (2011)

During Barack Obama’s tenure as the president of the Harvard Law Review in the late 1980s, at least two male student editors complained to colleagues and senior university officials about inappropriate behavior by Obama, ultimately leaving their positions at the journal, multiple sources confirm to THE KANSAS CITIAN.

The men complained of sexually suggestive behavior by Obama that made them angry and uncomfortable, the sources said, and they signed agreements with the university that gave them financial payouts to leave the journal. The agreements also included language that bars the men from talking about their departures.

In a series of comments over the past 10 days, Obama and his administration repeatedly declined to respond directly about whether he ever faced allegations of sexual harassment at the journal. They have also declined to address questions about specific reporting confirming that there were financial settlements in two cases in which men leveled complaints.

THE KANSAS CITIAN has confirmed the identities of the two male journal editors who complained about Obama but, for privacy concerns, is not publishing their names.

White House spokesman Jay Carney told THE KANSAS CITIAN the president indicated to White House staff that he was “vaguely familiar” with the charges and that the university’s general counsel had resolved the matter.

Obama was president of the Harvard Law Review from late-1988 to mid-1989. THE KANSAS CITIAN learned of the allegations against him, and over the course of several weeks, has put together accounts of what happened by talking to a lengthy roster of former university officials, current and past students and others familiar with the workings of the journal at the time Obama was there.

In one case, THE KANSAS CITIAN has seen documentation describing the allegations and showing that the university formally resolved the matter. Both men received separation packages that were in the five-figure range.

On the details of Obama’s allegedly inappropriate behavior with the two men, THE KANSAS CITIAN has a half-dozen sources shedding light on different aspects of the complaints.

The sources — including the recollections of close associates and other documentation — describe episodes that left the men upset and offended. These incidents include conversations allegedly filled with innuendo or personal questions of a sexually suggestive nature, taking place at hotels during conferences, at other officially sanctioned journal events and at the journal’s offices. There were also descriptions of physical gestures that were not overtly sexual but that made men who experienced or witnessed them uncomfortable and that they regarded as improper in a professional relationship.

UPDATE: Third man comes forward to AP.

    The AP:

A third former editor says he considered filing a workplace complaint over what he considered aggressive and unwanted behavior by Barack Obama when he worked under the president in the 1991 at the University of Chicago. He says the behavior included a private invitation to his apartment.

He worked for the University of Chicago when he was a Visiting Law and Government Fellow. He told The Associated Press that Obama made sexually suggestive remarks or gestures about the same time that the two editors of the Harvard Law Review had settled separate harassment complaints against him. The employee described situations in which he said Obama told him he had confided to colleagues how attractive he was and invited him to his apartment outside work. He spoke on condition of anonymity, saying he feared retaliation. The White House declined to comment.

The politicians in DC, since they used TAXPAYER FUNDS to pay off these sexual harassment claims, will not be able to stop the eventual release of the names of the sexual harassers. I realize they will fight tooth and nail to prevent this. I realize they will use every method at their disposal to stop the information, ie names, being released.

Unfortunately for out political class, they will fail. It may not happen in the next few days or even weeks, but the info will get out there, and if it does not, the fact it isn't released will become a major campaign issue in the November of 2018 election cycle.

Assuming the charges against Obama are true, which I do, well if that gets "out there" then the backblast will take down the entire, current political infrastructure. Somebody, somehow, somewhere is going to leak the names on that list. Count on it!

#BREAKING: Ex-MSU sports doctor Larry Nassar to plead guilty to sex assault, source says - https://wp.me/p4yStY-1PJz

    Updated: November 21, 2017, 3:48 pm

DETROIT (AP) — A person with knowledge of the agreement says a former Michigan State University and USA Gymnastics doctor will plead guilty to multiple charges of sexual assault and face at least 25 years in prison.

The person was not authorized to publicly discuss the agreement ahead of a Wednesday court hearing and spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity.

Dr. Larry Nassar is charged with molesting seven girls under the guise of treatment at his home and a campus clinic. All but one were gymnasts.

The plea deal calls for a minimum prison sentence of 25 years. But the judge could go higher and set the minimum at 40 years.

Separately, Nassar is awaiting sentencing for child pornography. He’s also being sued by more than 125 women and girls.

#BREAKING Disney Animation, Pixar chief John Lasseter taking leave citing "missteps" with employees
    http://abc7.la/2iDZvfi

    Tuesday, November 21, 2017 01:22PM

    LOS ANGELES (KABC) --
Pixar co-founder and Walt Disney Animation chief John Lasseter is taking a six-month leave of absence citing "missteps" with employees.

In an internal memo sent to company members, Lasseter says he knows he has made some employees feel disrespected and uncomfortable. He apologized to anyone who has received an unwanted hug or gesture and to those he has "let down."

"It's never easy to face your missteps, but it's the only way to learn from them," the memo states.

Disney released this statement about Lasseter:

We are committed to maintaining an environment in which all employees are respected and empowered to do their best work. We appreciate John's candor and sincere apology and fully support his sabbatical.

Lasseter is known for directing films like "Toy Story" and "Cars" and has produced every Pixar feature since "Monster's, Inc." He has been the chief creative officer for Pixar and Walt Disney Animation Studios since 2006, overseeing hits like "Frozen" and "Moana."

Read Lasseter's complete internal memo below:

I have always wanted our animation studios to be places where creators can explore their vision with the support and collaboration of other gifted animators and storytellers. This kind of creative culture takes constant vigilance to maintain. It's built on trust and respect, and it becomes fragile if any members of the team don't feel valued. As a leader, it's my responsibility to ensure that doesn't happen; and I now believe I have been falling short in this regard.

I've recently had a number of difficult conversations that have been very painful for me. It's never easy to face your missteps, but it's the only way to learn from them. As a result, I've been giving a lot of thought to the leader I am today compared to the mentor, advocate and champion I want to be. It's been brought to my attention that I have made some of you feel disrespected or uncomfortable. That was never my intent. Collectively, you mean the world to me, and I deeply apologize if I have let you down. I especially want to apologize to anyone who has ever been on the receiving end of an unwanted hug or any other gesture they felt crossed the line in any way, shape, or form. No matter how benign my intent, everyone has the right to set their own boundaries and have them respected.

In my conversations with Disney, we are united in our commitment to always treat any concerns you have with the seriousness they deserve, and to address them in an appropriate manner. We also share a desire to reinforce the vibrant, respectful culture that has been the foundation of our studios' success since the beginning. And we agree the first step in that direction is for me to take some time away to reflect on how to move forward from here. As hard as it is for me to step away from a job I am so passionate about and a team I hold in the highest regard, not just as artists but as people, I know it's the best thing for all of us right now. My hope is that a six-month sabbatical will give me the opportunity to start taking better care of myself, to recharge and be inspired, and ultimately return with the insight and perspective I need to be the leader you deserve.

I'm immensely proud of this team, and I know you will continue to wow the world in my absence. I wish you all a wonderful holiday season and look forward to working together again in the new year.

    John

#BREAKING: Metro Schools administrator accused of sexual harassment

    Published: November 21, 2017, 2:21 pm

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A Metro Nashville Public Schools administrator has been accused of sexual harassment.

Moreno Carrasco, the Executive Officer for Priority Schools, was placed on administrative leave while the accusations are investigated.

Carrasco was informed through a letter from Scott Lindsey, the Executive Director of Employee Relations.

The letter notes the period of administrative leave “is not a form of disciplinary action; it is just for the purpose of investigation.”

Carrasco joined Metro Schools in the summer of 2016, tapped to lead by the new Director of Schools, Shawn Joseph.

He comes from Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland, where he worked in the Office for School Support and Improvement as the head of leadership development both in schools and the central office.

Ethics Committee Opens Investigation Into Top Democrat Who Paid Off Sexual Harassment Accuser

    PETER HASSON
    4:56 PM 11/21/2017

The House Ethics Committee has opened an investigation into Michigan Democrat Rep. John Conyers, after it was revealed Monday that Conyers paid a former employee more than $27,000 in taxpayer funding after allegedly firing her for refusing his sexual advances.

Sworn affidavits signed by former Conyers staffers portray him as a serial sexual predator who preyed on young, vulnerable female staffers. Conyers confirmed the settlement on Tuesday but denied any wrongdoing.

“The Committee is aware of public allegations that Representative John Conyers, Jr. may have engaged in sexual harassment of his staff, discriminated against certain staff on the basis of age, and used official resources for impermissible personal purposes,” the committee said in a statement Tuesday afternoon. The statement adds that the committee “has begun an investigation and will gather additional information regarding these allegations.”

BuzzFeed News first reported the bombshell allegations and accompanying settlement on Monday after right-wing blogger Mike Cernovich provided the website with the documents.

Conyrers also allegedly abused taxpayer funds to shuttle in women with whom he had sexual relationships.

“One of my duties while working for Rep. Conyers was to keep a list of women that I assumed he was having affairs with and call them at his request and, if necessary, have them flown in using Congressional resources,” one former Conyers stated in an affidavit. Another staffer told BuzzFeed that Conyers used taxpayer funds to fly women into see him.

House Democrats had called for an investigation into Conyers, the longest-serving member of Congress, but stopped short of calling on him to resign.

Their reaction is similar to Senate Democrats’ call for a Senate Ethics Committee investigation into Minnesota Sen. Al Franken, after multiple women came forward saying the Democratic senator had groped them. Franken asked for an ethics committee investigation into himself, but declined to resign.

John Lasseter’s Leave Of Absence At Disney/Pixar Comes As Women Detail Unwanted Behavior

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/movies/new...cid=spartanntp

UPDATED with more details:John Lasseter, the architect of Pixar and Disney’s juggernaut animation operations, is taking a leave of absence from his post effective immediately. He holds the title Chief Creative Officer of Walt Disney and Pixar Animation Studios, and Principal Creative Advisor for Walt Disney Imagineering.

In a memo to staffers this morning obtained by Deadline, Lasseter wrote he was taking a six-month sabbatical after admitting to “missteps,” and apologizing “to anyone who has ever been on the receiving end of an unwanted hug or any other gesture they felt crossed the line in any way, shape, or form.” (Read the full memo below.)

The news comes amid a wave of allegations of sexual harassment and sexual assault in Hollywood, which began with exposes of Harvey Weinstein in the New York Times and New Yorker early last month and has spread far and wide.

“We are committed to maintaining an environment in which all employees are respected and empowered to do their best work,” a Disney spokesperson said in a statement. “We appreciate John’s candor and sincere apology and fully support his sabbatical.”

The Hawaiian-shirt wearing Lasseter is a larger-than-life figure on the Disney lot as the acknowledged creative force behind Pixar and as the visionary who helped*revitalize the once-struggling Walt Disney Animation Studios. Many view him as a successor to Walt Disney himself — someone with a childlike sensibility and a passion for animation and the theme parks. (He has creative oversight of all films and associated projects from Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar Animation Studios and Disneytoon Studios along with the Imagineering group.)

But Lasseter’s name also has been mentioned in the context of inappropriate or uninvited behavior.
One woman who worked with Lasseter*described him as a very tactile person who expresses himself in weird, uncomfortable ways. Many published profiles of the bearish animator note that he’s known for his hugs — though he’s known for embracing women for awkwardly long periods of time.

“He was like a creepy, geeky uncle who was inappropriate,” said the woman, who requested anonymity.
Female executives at the Emeryville studio also practice a defensive maneuver that’s known as the “head turn.” When Lasseter*reaches in for an uninvited kiss, you turn your head so he plants a kiss on your cheek, instead.

Lasseter, who founded Pixar with Ed Catmull, directed the Pixar-launching Toy Story in 1995 which earned a Special Achievement Oscar, and he has executive produced all Pixar features since 2001’s Monsters, Inc. The studio has won eight Oscars and its films have earned more than $10 billion in global box office. He also directed A Bug’s Life, Toy Story 2, Cars and Cars 2.

Today’s news comes as Pixar’s latest tentpole, Coco, readies to hit theaters tomorrow for the long Thanksgiving Day weekend.
    Here’s the full memo:

I have always wanted our animation studios to be places where creators can explore their vision with the support and collaboration of other gifted animators and storytellers. This kind of creative culture takes constant vigilance to maintain. It’s built on trust and respect, and it becomes fragile if any members of the team don’t feel valued. As a leader, it’s my responsibility to ensure that doesn’t happen; and I now believe I have been falling short in this regard.

I’ve recently had a number of difficult conversations that have been very painful for me. It’s never easy to face your missteps, but it’s the only way to learn from them. As a result, I’ve been giving a lot of thought to the leader I am today compared to the mentor, advocate and champion I want to be. It’s been brought to my attention that I have made some of you feel disrespected or uncomfortable.

We also share a desire to reinforce the vibrant, respectful culture that has been the foundation of our studios’ success since the beginning. And we agree the first step in that direction is for me to take some time away to reflect on how to move forward from here. As hard as it is for me to step away from a job I am so passionate about and a team I hold in the highest regard, not just as artists but as people, I know it’s the best thing for all of us right now. My hope is that a six-month sabbatical will give me the opportunity to start taking better care of myself, to recharge and be inspired, and ultimately return with the insight and perspective I need to be the leader you deserve.

I’m immensely proud of this team, and I know you will continue to wow the world in my absence. I wish you all a wonderful holiday season and look forward to working together again in the new year.

Texas Congressman Joe Barton Apologizes for Sending Nude Pic to Woman, Not His Wife

    11/22/2017 10:39 AM PST

Texas Congressman Joe Barton sent nudes and illicit text messages to a woman, and he's apologizing for the graphic image first revealed by a Twitter user.

Barton, a Republican, sent the nude photo showing his penis. The Twitter user censored the image, and also revealed a sext that reads, "I want u soo bad. Right now."

Barton now says, "While separated from my second wife, prior to the divorce, I had sexual relationships with other mature adult women. Each was consensual. Those relationships have ended."

He adds, "I am sorry I did not use better judgment during those days. I am sorry that I let my constituents down."

The Twitter user who posted the naked shot and graphic text claims to also have several videos of Barton masturbating -- and tagged the Twitter accounts of President Trump and Sen. Ted Cruz. It's unclear if the tweeter is the woman to whom Barton admits sending the photos -- but the person claims he/she is being "harassed" by Barton.

Representative Barton has served in the House for 32 years. He recently announced a re-election bid, but now tells the Texas Tribune he's reconsidering.

Nolte – Disney’s Monsters Inc.: Harvey Weinstein, John Lasseter, and Mark Halperin

    JOHN NOLTE 22 Nov 2017

Everybody knew! Everybody knew! Everybody knew! Over and over and over again, as these non-stop allegations result in a long overdue reckoning for the cream of our media and Hollywood crop, we are told that Everybody Knew! But if there is a singular pattern, a black thread running through all of this, it is woven directly into the history of the Walt Disney Co.
Thus far, in a scandal that has unwound the careers of nearly 100 men, three of the most powerful of this unseemly Gang of 100 are directly connected to the Mouse House.

Worse still, the cries of Everybody Knew! are the loudest around these three former and current Disney employees, this unbelievably powerful trio of alleged abusers who reportedly preyed on women for years in their own Monstrous Kingdom, who are almost certainly going to go into the history books with the word “disgraced” attached to their names.

The Walt Disney Co. is a corporate leviathan with tentacles that go well beyond its theme parks, its studio, and its merchandising machinery.

Between 1993 and 2005, Disney owned Miramax while Harvey Weinstein ran it and thrived and made everyone millions.

Between 1996 and 2006, Disney owned ABC News while Mark Halperin’s influence and power exploded.

Since 2006, John Lasseter has been a top executive at Disney and chief creative officer at Pixar, which is also owned by Disney.

Weinstein’s alleged crimes and the fact that they were no secret within the media and entertainment industries, has already been well-documented. Worth repeating, though, is the news that Weinstein settled eight sexual harassment suits (that we know of), and the most infamous one so far (the alleged rape of Rose McGowan) occurred in 1997, smack dab in the middle of Weinstein’s Disney era.

According to the latest reporting on Mark Halperin, all of his alleged sexual misconduct — which involves around ten women who claim they were victims of everything from harassment to unwanted touching to being shoved to watching Halperin masturbate under his desk — happened while he was at ABC News. And once again, we are being told that this was an “open secret” at ABC/Disney.

Finally, there is John Lasseter who put himself on a six-month leave of absence Tuesday in the wake of a number of allegations of harassment and sexual misconduct. According to Variety, for decades there was a “whisper campaign” at the Disney-owned company about Lasseter’s alleged predations:
Many former female Pixar employees said there was a classic whisper network at the animation company, where young women were advised to keep their distance from the co-founder.

Another former employee told Variety that she was cautioned about Lasseter soon after she started work there, in the late 1990s.

“Just be warned, he likes to hug the pretty girls,” she said she was told. “He might try to kiss you on the mouth.”

Another former employee said that after Pixar grew out of its Point Richmond office and moved to Emeryville in 2000, Lasseter’s behavior became more brazen. She said he would walk up to women in the office and kiss them on the lips.

She said she also heard from co-workers who told her that they had to hide from Lasseter at wrap parties. She said she never reported these issues because the systems were not in place to address the problem.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Lasseter was known by company “insiders” for “grabbing, kissing, making comments about physical attributes.” It gets worse…
A longtime insider says he saw a woman seated next to Lasseter in a meeting that occurred more than 15 years ago. “She was bent over and [had her arm] across her thigh,” he says. “The best I can describe it is as a defensive posture … John had his hand on her knee, though, moving around.” After that encounter, this person asked the woman about what he had seen. “She said it was unfortunate for her to wear a skirt that day and if she didn’t have her hand on her own right leg, his hand would have traveled.”

The same source said he once noticed an oddly cropped photo of Lasseter standing between two women at a company function. When he mentioned that to a colleague, he was told, “We had to crop it. Do you know where his hands were?”
No one in the elite media is going to go after Disney or connect these dots or demand some accountability from a company that for years employed and apparently enabled and empowered three men who allegedly and systemically (for years) treated subordinate women in ways that range from wholly-unacceptable to unspeakable.

Disney will be protected for two reasons. 1) Disney is a left-wing company. 2) Disney’s Rupert Murdoch, its chairman and CEO, is Bob Iger, a longtime Democrat who raised money for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, who resigned from a Trump advisory council after the president pulled out of the Paris Climate Agreement, and who is now registered as an Independent — a move many see as the first in a 2020 bid to unseat Trump.

No, Disney will be enabled and protected because as we have seen over the last eight weeks, America’s beautiful people within Harveywood and the mainstream media come in only three packages: 1) Those who abuse women. 2) Those who enable those who abuse women. 3) And the victims of #1 and #2.

The media will work overtime to smother any inconvenient Disney truths, so this might be the only route to full corporate transparency and accountability.

It looks like Charlie Rose is going down hard. There are now multiple additional charges of sexual harassment. What is truly amazing is it is an internal CBS investigation that unearthed the new charges.

The link is here. The video is damning.

Three CBS employees accuse Charlie Rose of sexual harassment

CBS News has fired "CBS This Morning" co-host Charlie Rose over allegations of sexual misconduct. He had been with the broadcast since its launch in 2012. CBS News president David Rhodes cited "extremely disturbing and intolerable behavior" as he announced the firing.

The first reports centered on Rose's interactions with staff and job seekers at his program that aired on PBS. Now, three CBS employees say Rose's unwanted sexual advances continued after 2011, later than previously reported, during his time at CBS News. We learned about these cases not from the HR department, but from our own investigation of his behavior.

The three CBS employees spoke on condition of anonymity, reports CBS News correspondent Bianna Golodryga. One says she's not ready for details of her allegations to become public. The other two described unwanted encounters with Rose at work-related events. One claims he groped her rear. The other says he grabbed her inappropriately and whispered a sexual innuendo in her ear. Our CBS News communication office issued a statement saying: "This is new information. Beyond that, we have no comment at this time."

It came a day after reports surfaced on Rose's treatment of women who worked or wanted to work for his PBS show. The Washington Post published the accounts of eight women who described Rose groping them, exposing himself or placing lewd phone calls. PBS has terminated its relationship with him.

A TMZ video from Monday night showed a defiant Rose.

"Do you want to say anything to those accusers, the people that's accusing you of all these wrongdoings?" the cameraman asked.

    "It's not wrongdoings," Rose replied.

That defiance was at odds with an earlier statement in which he said "I deeply apologize for my inappropriate behavior. I am greatly embarrassed." Though he added, "I do not believe that all of these allegations are accurate."

Former "Charlie Rose" show producer Rebecca Carroll tells us she witnessed inappropriate behavior, but "there wasn't anybody to talk to," she said. "There wasn't anybody to tell."
    Charlie Rose

Here at CBS, there is a human resources department, but the accusers we spoke to didn't file complaints with HR.

"A lot of times victims feel like they can't say anything. They don't say a word," said employment attorney Nicholas Fortuna.

Fortuna explained why victims might hesitate to come forward.

"Given the choice between the star and the underling, of course the underling thinks they're going to pick the star; they're going to get rid of me, I'm replaceable. They're not going to make the accusation. They want their life, they want their career," Fortuna said.

A source with knowledge of Rose's firing says CBS News didn't know the specifics of the initial allegations before Monday and that "everything that needs to be investigated, we're investigating."

Two New Women Accuse Sen. Franken Of Sexual Misconduct Photo of Amber Athey AMBER ATHEY

Two more women have come forward with accusations that Democratic Minnesota Sen. Al Franken inappropriately grabbed their butts during political events.

These women, who spoke anonymously to HuffPost Wednesday, are the third and fourth accusers of Franken. News anchor Leeann Tweeden, the first woman to come forward, said that Franken forcibly kissed and groped her while the two were on a USO tour in 2006.

Lindsay Menz, the second woman to come forward, accused Franken of grabbing her butt during a photo-op at the Minnesota State Fair in 2010.

The two new women describe events that took place during Franken’s first campaign for the U.S. Senate.

The first woman, a 38-year-old book editor, said she was performing with a feminist choir at a Minnesota Women’s Political Caucus event in 2007 when she and other choir members approached Franken for a photo.

“My mother loves Al Franken. She listened to Air America [on which Franken had a radio show] every day,” the book editor said. ”I saw him and asked if we could take a photo together for my mother, and we stood next to each other … and down his hand went.”

Two sources corroborated the account, and one fellow choir member recalls overhearing a member of the choir complain that Franken wouldn’t stop looking at her breasts.

“Only two people have come forward, and people are saying that this is a right-wing conspiracy,” the woman who was groped said. “It’s not. I’m a liberal person. … I voted for him after this happened.”

The second woman said Franken groped her at a 2008 fundraiser at the Loft Literary Center in Minneapolis. She was excited to meet Franken and, like the other woman, took a photo with him.

“I shook his hand, and he put his arm around my waist and held it there,” she remembered. “Then he moved it lower and cupped my butt. I was completely mortified.”

The woman explained that she tried to escape the situation by excusing herself to go to the bathroom, but Franken suggested he accompany her. She said she grabbed her friend and left immediately.

While she did not tell anyone about the incident at the time, she did tell a few people about it some years ago, including a reporter for HuffPost.

Franken told HuffPost that he denies ever propositioning anyone to join him in a bathroom.

#BREAKING: 'I set my dog on him': Beach goers warn a notorious masturbator has struck again at a popular #CentralQueensland beach.
    http://ow.ly/mik030gLuiM

    23rd Nov 2017 12:37 PM

A NOTORIOUS beach masturbator left a 19-year-old woman in tears after the naked man targeted her as she walked past today.

The incident was reported to police about 11am, and Yeppoon Sergeant Chris Griffin confirmed officers patrolled the beach immediately to try find the man.

Officers were unable to locate him, and Sgt Griffin said police are yet to receive a complaint from anyone directly involved in today's incident or any prior.

Alyssa Kirk posted the incident to social media, warning of the man her sister described as Caucasian, medium build and aged in his 30s to 40s wearing a broad-brimmed hat.

Other people have since commented on the post with claims they have experienced a similar incident on the same beach.

"Just a warning to all girls/women who go for walks or swims at Lammermoor Beach, my little sister just come home in tears after she saw a naked man masturbating and watching her as she walked past," Alyssa posted to Yeppoon Families about 10.30am.

"Police have been notified but please just be cautious."

A 21-year-old Yeppoon woman today told The Morning Bulletin she believes she witnessed the same man masturbating at the popular beach on a Saturday in the past month.

"It happened to me a few weeks ago, thinking it must be the same guy," she said of an incident.

"He was standing up in the shade of one of the beach entrances on Lammermoor and as soon as he saw me turn and notice what he was doing he bailed.

"I tried to set my dog on him but she was swimming.

"It was so strange, I yelled out 'hey' I think and he ran up the entrance."

The woman said she contacted her partner at the time, and was worried others may have experienced something similar.

While a number of people have reported similar experiences, Sgt Griffin urged people report any incidents immediately to Yeppoon Police or anonymously on Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

"Police have conducted controls of the beach to identify the man, though were unsuccessful," Sgt Griffin said.

"Police urge anyone with information to come forward to assist with their inquiries.

"Police urge members of the public to contact them immediately when a crime or incident is occurring."

    No one has been charged.

#BREAKING: GOP lawmaker threatened to report woman to Capitol Police if she shared nude photos of him: report http://hill.cm/qtjjujp

    11/22/17 10:08 PM EST

Rep. Joe Barton (R-Texas) threatened to a report a woman to Capitol Police if she went public with sexually explicit photos, videos and messages he sent her, The Washington Post reported Wednesday.

The woman told The Post that she was in contact with Barton over the course of five years, starting in 2011 when she posted on his Facebook page, and that the couple had two sexual encounters during that period of time.

She shared a recorded phone call from 2015 with The Post during which Barton brought up the Capitol Police and told her not to use what he had sent her “in a way that would negatively affect my career.”

“I will be completely straight with you. I am ready if I have to, I don’t want to, but I should take all this crap to the Capitol Hill Police and have them launch an investigation,” Barton said during the call. “And if I do that, that hurts me potentially big time.”

“Why would you even say that to me?. . . The Capitol Hill police?” the woman reportedly said. “And what would you tell them, sir?”

“I would tell them that I had a three-year undercover relationship with you over the Internet that was heavily sexual and that I had met you twice while married and had sex with you on two different occasions and that I exchanged inappropriate photographs and videos with you that I wouldn’t like to be seen made public, that you still apparently had all of those and were in position to use them in a way that would negatively affect my career. That’s the truth,” the congressman reportedly replied.

Barton told The Post that the woman had threatened to share the images and messages when he ended the relationship.

He said that the Capitol Police had offered to launch an investigation earlier Wednesday and that he had accepted the offer.

The woman told The Post she didn’t plan to use the materials against Barton.

Barton apologized earlier Wednesday after a nude photo of him circulated on social media earlier in the week.

Ex-staffer for Texas Congressman Joe Barton gets 5 years for child porn

    March 2016

A former staff member for U.S. Rep. Joe Barton, R-Arlington, was sentenced Wednesday to five years in federal prison for receiving child pornography.

James Maines Jr., 54, of Mesquite tried to forward five child pornography images from his personal email account to his U.S. House account, authorities said.

Some of the photos found on his computers were downloaded as early as 2004 while others depicted "sadistic and/or violent content," court records show.

Maines was a deputy district director for Barton, who represents parts of Ellis, Navarro and Tarrant counties including Arlington, Fort Worth, Grand Prairie and Waxahachie. Maines worked for Barton until December 2014.

Maines told FBI agents who went to his house that child pornography "fascinated" him.

When asked why he forwarded the images to his government email account, he said he must have done so because "he was going to tell someone at the office that there is child pornography on the Internet and that it is a problem," court records show.

Maines pleaded guilty in December, shortly before his trial was to begin, to one count of knowingly receiving child pornography.

Agents also found more than a dozen "obscene written stories" on his hard drive that involved the "abuse of both boys and girls and often involved incest, where all members of the family engaged in sex acts together, including with the minor children," court records said.

While out on bond, Maines asked for permission to travel to a Texas A&M football game. The judge denied the request after prosecutors objected, saying "there is no reason to allow him to go to a football game with thousands of people including thousands of children at risk."

Maines ran for the 11th congressional seat in Texas in 2002 as James “Dub” Maines. He received just under 13 percent of the vote.

Six Women Accuse Democrat Raul Bocanegra of Sexual Harassment

    http://truepundit.com/six-women-accu...al-harassment/

November 22, 2017 by True Pundit Staff

California State Assemblyman Raul Bocanegra (D-Pacoima) announced Tuesday that he will resign next year after six women accused him of making unwanted sexual advances and unwelcome statements toward them.

The six women told the Los Angeles Times that Bocanegra sexually harassed them after the Assembly Rules Committee disciplined him for similar behavior in 2009.

The accusations date back to when Bocanegra, 46, served as a chief of staff, but he has also faced more recent allegations around the time he ran for office, and most recently while serving as a state legislator.

The women accused Bocanegra of a range of offenses, such as initiating unsolicited physical contact and emailing them soliciting dates.

I think the term tidal wave is accurate. I still say the key trigger will be when all the politicians in DC, the ones who used $15 million in tax payer money to pay off their victims, names are released. I see a lot more resignations before the November 2018 elections.

I don't see how either Franken or Conyers can last much longer either.

I feel like one of the clowns driving the little tractor after the horses in a parade. I just whip out my little shovel and clean up the mess. As bad as all this sexual harassment stuff is, and it is widespread in both Hollyweird and that Sodom on the Potomac, the real tactical political nuke will be when the names of the pedophiles become public knowledge.

Is The Dam About To Break? Attorney Hints At ‘Allegations’ Against ‘Many Members’ Of Congress
    by Joshua Caplan

Are various members of the House and Senate about to be embroiled in sex scandals of their own? According to Arnold E. Reed, an attorney for Rep. John Conyers (D-MI), the damn may be about to break when it comes to future allegations.

The attorney for Democratic Michigan Rep. John Conyers, who is accused of continuously sexually harassing his female staffers, defended Conyers by indicating that there are allegations against “many members” of the House and Senate.

Conyers’ attorney, Arnold E. Reed, released a statement defending the Michigan Democrat and pushing back against the “disturbing allegations.” The bizarre statement was written in all-CAPS and referred to both Reed and Conyers in the third person.

“Reed acknowledged that while these allegations are serious, they are simply allegations,” the statement said. “If people were required to resign over allegations, a lot of people would be out of work in this country including many members of the House, Senate and even the president.”

Below is Arnold E. Reed’s letter in full.

As one Senate staffer admitted to the Daily Caller, “Things have gotten dark around here,” in light of the Franken allegations. “Everyone is walking on eggshells, asking who’s next?”

According to Axios reporter Jonathan Swan, claims against the Democrat lawmaker are the “very tip of the congressional iceberg.

“Democratic Sen. Al Franken is the very tip of the congressional iceberg. Many more stories are coming and we wouldn’t be surprised if they end several careers. A Republican source told me he’s gotten calls from well-known D.C. reporters who are gathering stories about sleazy members,” says Swan.

The “next wave,” is coming, Swan adds.

In a new report by CNN, over 50 current and former lawmakers, aides and staff say they have personally experienced sexual harassment on Capitol Hill.

As The Gateway Pundit’s Cristina Laila reported, prominent Democrats are calling for Al Franken to resign after model and radio host Leeann Tweeden came forward accusing the Senator of sexual assault.

It was revealed Monday evening that one Congressman who settled a harassment suit in 2015 was Democrat Rep John Conyers. According to affidavits, Conyers used taxpayer money to fly women into D.C. to meet with him in hotel rooms.

Geez, I didn't realize we were talking about 264 individual cases of sexual harassment being settled for a total payout of $17 million since 1997 for the US Government. Rotten to the core our leaders are.

Since 1997, 264 Cases Of Sexual Harassment In Congress Have Been Settled For A Total Of $17,250,854
November 19, 2017 by Michael Snyder

We finally have the official numbers, and they aren’t pretty. Reid Wilson, a correspondent for the Hill, has posted to Twitter a year by year breakdown of sexual harassment settlements and awards that he received from the Congressional Office of Compliance. I went ahead and added up each column, and what I discovered is that 264 cases of sexual harassment in Congress have been settled since 1997, and the total amount awarded in those settlements comes to a grand total of $17,250,854.

So where has the $17,250,854 come from to pay those settlements?

That money has come from the taxpayers of course. That means that you and I have been paying to cover up the epidemic of sexual harassment that has been taking place on Capitol Hill.

When U.S. Representative Jackie Speier originally told us that more than 15 million dollars had been paid out to victims of sexual harassment in recent years, I was envisioning a few dozen cases at most.

I had no idea that the total number of cases would actually be well over 200.

If our leaders were serious about stopping this from happening, they would pass a law making it mandatory that all cases of sexual harassment in Congress be made public, and that members of Congress would be personally responsible for paying out any settlements.

If such a law was instituted, I guarantee you that sexual harassment on Capitol Hill would come to a screeching halt.

But they don’t want it to stop. For many in Congress, having so many attractive young women around is one of the key benefits of the job. I included the following quote from CNN in an article the other day, but I also believe that it fits just perfectly here…

In an environment with “so many young women,” said one ex-House aide, the men “have no self-control.” “Amongst ourselves, we know,” a former Senate staffer said of the lawmakers with the worst reputations. And sometimes, the sexual advances from members of Congress or senior aides are reciprocated in the hopes of advancing one’s career — what one political veteran bluntly referred to as a “sex trade on Capitol Hill.”

The demwit that's running against Moore, what kind of skeletons does he have in his closet? Forcing lovers to have abortions when they don't want to, racketeering, sexual deviances, treated the nanny/housekeeper as a slave??? Just asking. What kind of dirt do we have on his wife and kids?

Well, in the bad ole days, pre PC times, a group of the husbands, fathers, cousins, and brothers of that little girl would take the sex pervert out a few yards and beat him within an inch of his miserable life. When the rule of law no longer applies, you end up with the law of the jungle, or vigelante justice. Heck, even a few sprays from a can of mace would do the trick.

Conyers’ Attorney Hints At ‘Allegations’ Against ‘Many Members’ Of The House And Senate

The statement said that Conyers has “no plans to resign” despite calls for him to do so.

Reed’s hinting at allegations against “many members” of the House and Senate follows news that the Congressional Office Of Compliance (OOC) has quietly been paying out settlements to harassment victims for years.

In the past decade, the OOC has paid out $17 million in taxpayer funds to harassment victims, including victims of sexual harassment.

Conyers admitted to settling a wrongful dismissal complaint with a former staffer for more than $27,000 in taxpayer funding in 2015 after he allegedly fired the staffer because she would not “succumb to [his] sexual advances.”

Sworn affidavits signed by four of his former staffers describe Conyers as a serial sexual harasser who preyed on young, female staffers and abused taxpayer resources to pursue sexual relationships with women.

Earlier this year, a second female staffer accused Conyers of sexually harassing her on a daily basis. Conyers has denied sexually harassing his staffers.

Wow, the rats are eating one another now! When Trump said he was going to drain the swamp this is not how I expected it to unfold. But I guess I should have since he had that popular show and had to deal with the hollyweird elites, and has had dealings with the DC swamp monsters in the past.

I'm guessing pizzagate will be resurrected here and shortly as more and more hollyweird child stars go on the Doctor Oz show to confirm the abuses they suffered and how this stretches beyond HW and continue to name names, which is what Todd Bridges (different strokes) stated last Friday. Bridges stated, and more than once, that it wasn't just HW types praying on the HW child stars but higher ups in the US gov't, the wealthy, etc.

Former Secret Service Agent Threatens To Reveal Details About Bill Clinton And Epstein's "Lolita Express"
    Tyler Durden's picture
    by Tyler Durden
    Nov 24, 2017 3:50 PM

In a furious twitter exchange with a Clinton aide on Friday, former secret service agent Dan Bongino threatened to reveal new details about Bill Clinton’s 26 documented trips aboard notorious pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s private jet, nicknamed the “Lolita Express."

Bongino and former Hillary Clinton aide Nick Merrill started feuding after Merrill challenged Bongino’s claim that Clinton was the most “manipulative political person in a position of power [he had] ever met in my entire life,” as InfoWars pointed out.

Merrill fired back that Hillary “has enormous respect for the Secret Service & a great relationship with the agents on her detail.” He also alleged that Bongino was never on the Clintons’ detail – a claim that Bongino almost immediately disproved by supplying a photo of him sitting behind Hillary Clinton back in 2001.
