I've always done it that way, so it'll be easy for some of us. But just in-case, here is a sample format I am assuming:

Subject Line: Title of the Article as it appears in it's original format.

    (Body of post:)

    ******************begin copy/paste*******************

    Fair Use disclosure statement

hyperlink to original source of the article or column being shared on TB2k

Full Credit to Author or Columnist (the by-line)

Body of article, content of column, copied pasted in it's entirety here.

    *******************end copy/paste********************

Then I always separate the copied and pasted content from my own personal observations or remarks on the article or column with asterisks so as not to confuse my comments with the author's comments.

Is that what you are shooting for Dennis?

Regarding video content, but this kind of goes for other content too: Don't get in the habit of letting the content do the talking for you. Especially with videos, "you gotta see this" is not enough. Readers should be able to get ALL the salient points even if they don't watch the video. You can put it in a bullet list if you really have some aversion to writing complete sentences, but it all has to go in your post.

It's not part of the rules, but honestly just posting article after article "for discussion", with no input from you the poster, doesn't do much. If you think something is important, it'd be nice to know *why* you think that way. I'd much rather read a long post from a member talking about such-and-such topic, with an excerpt from the article (with link) as supporting evidence, rather than the whole article with a couple of sentences from the poster.

Where is the "Official Ban List" of websites and names of people, who are not allowed to be mention on this forum? I was told to come here to read the list, but I can not find it.
