And the peanutbutter filling ones are VERY rich and can be a little too much. lol I have to be really craving one and have a big cold glass of milk to eat one.

Using lard for some of the butter? (Don't really see a reason to do that, but that was the first thing that came to my mind.) Maybe cream instead of milk? Maybe it's the "real" milk?
These look great and if my oven worked, I might make some for my child. Poor little thing hasn't had anything mommy-baked in years. haha. It is kind of sad, but I guess she'll live through it.
