Well...they ain't stocking it for shi**s and giggles...

I'm thinking along the lines of French Revolution type peasants putting their aristocratic asses in the guillotines...(or their heads)....
There is another type of warfare—new in its intensity, ancient in its origin—war by
guerrillas, subversives, insurgents, assassins; war by ambush instead of by combat, by
infiltration instead of aggression, seeking victory by eroding and exhausting the enemy
instead of engaging him. It preys on unrest.

  3. The government is probably just gearing up for the newly mandated ObamaCare Death Panels.

Any of the above or simpler-they know it is about to break and have decided to arm up to either quell uprisings or perhaps to try to maintain a government when everyone goes 'Mad Max'.

Arm both sides to kill each other off. Wars are done this way. The coming Civil War will be the same.

They can stock all the bullets they want. They don’t have the manpower to succeed.

So that would be like all of the S/S and IRS bureaucrats on one side taking on the DHS and Medicare/caid bureaucrats on the other side???? That would be sweet.

Is the S/S administration also ordering drones? They will need them to have the same stand off capability of Janet Nepolitano.

Maybe the post office is getting drones. I wonder if the PO could get a drone to fly from the west coast to the east coast faster than an Express Mail package?????

Sorry for the drift. Seriously, the only reason I can think of is they want to protect the election by stationing SEIU goonions/thuggies at the polling stations to help the Black Panthers while they are "poll watching" for anyone voting against Obama.

    Ding, ding, ding

It drives up prices. Reduces availability and keeps bullets out of the hands of joe six pack.

This is the only way the government can stockpile ammunition in every town and city. There's a social security in
almost every town, and NOAA goes everywhere as well - These are towns which don't necessarily have any other
Federal presence (i.e., FBI, Army Reserve, etc.)

So...cache ammo everywhere. Great way to ensure the people can be locked-down and controlled in every way.
