I just finished making and setting the Ozan up in the tipi. The Ozan is a half ceiling for the tipi which makes the sleeping area cooler in the summer by adding shade and warmer in the winter by holding the heat in in the sleeping area. It is also the hardest piece to make as none of the measurements in the book are right. I had to set up the tipi and measure the ozan to fit.
If I am in a hurry take down is 15 minutes by myself, putting it up takes about 30 minutes when I do it by myself. Putting up or taking down a tipi isn't that hard. The cover weighs 45 lbs and the liner 28 lbs.
