CENTENNIAL, Colo. (AP) -- Colorado prosecutors have formally charged a former doctorate student with 24 counts of murder in the shooting at an Aurora movie theater.
Twenty-four-year-old James Holmes appeared Monday and was also formally charged with 116 counts of attempted murder.
Twelve people were killed and 58 people were wounded or injured. The breakdown of the charges was not immediately clear.
He's also charged with a one count of possession of explosives. Authorities say he booby trapped his apartment.
Holmes was arrested early July 20 outside a Century 16 theater in Aurora during a midnight showing of the new Batman movie.
Legal analysts expect his court the case to be dominated by arguments over his sanity.
Holmes was a student at the University of Colorado Denver before withdrawing last month.

Maybe the reason the judge clamped down on the information flow was because the police/FBI know there are others involved and are actively seeking them. By not admitting the scope of the investigation, the police may feel they have a better chance of locating them. Someone probably mentioned this thought already.
I automatically assumed that was a creeper to disengage a bomb, not realizing there were no casters. I'll tell you right now, I do not think that Holmes was ever in that theater-not one witness said it was him, nor that the man who took the cell call had bright fake cherry red and orange hair, he would have stuck out because from what I saw there were no freaky looking people in the crowd outside the theater right after the incident.
He claimed to have taken (according to, once again, police) enough Vicodin to have done serious damage to his liver. He claimed to be the Joker (according to...you guessed it, police) when the Joker had green, not red hair-if he truly was a Batman fan, he would have known that, so I doubt that the statement is legitimate.
I believe the spine board was used to transport him to the scene, and I believe a small faction of oates police crew were in on it, along side oates. They would have been the first to arrive at the back, knowing this was the staging area, police and spine boards with and without people would have been a logical thing to see out back of this theater at that time. Someone screwed up and left the board there, so it was shoved under the car to minimize anyone seeing it. Remember, nobody said they saw the shooter outside the theater, yet he was supposed to have been sitting right there in his car as they piled out running from the theater and danger. I believe the real shooter ran off to the end of the sidewalk to the prearranged getaway car, pulling off his gas mask somewhere between the exit and the end of the sidewalk so he could see where he was going and breathe easier, accidentally dropping it as he got into the car that took him from the scene. This is very likely the same car that brought Holmes to the scene, and probably a police vehicle to avoid suspicion. It would explain why he supposedly told police "I think there is a bomb in my apartment", another statement by oates himself "There is a possible bomb in my apartment.". The entire setup of his booby trapped apartment could and likely was done by professionals and armed via the remote control on his stereo from outside the apartment, starting the music to elicit a noise complaint. I doubt James was there for some time. I think someone else put the elaborate bomb system in his house, an amateur would have had one or two fairly simple set ups, the police said it was extremely "elaborate" and complicated and would take time to dismantle.
Recall, the shooter was wearing professional gear and had a shield with Police stamped on it, throwing gas canisters used by the military and police. The Russians are currently training in Colorado, using American gear-I still suspect it was one of them who was responsible for pulling the trigger, though it could have been a gang banger from MS 13, the shooter was short, 5'9" in his shoes and helmet, James 6'3" from what I heard, close to 6'5" or 6'6" in shoes and helmet.
As to the internet purchases, those could have been done by anyone using his credit cards, 6000 rounds of ammo? Really? Seems like overkill until you realize that they did that so large numbers of ammo can be considered a terrorist threat. He would never use that much. The idea was to demonize purchases of certain materials over the internet as well as in future using this example to say that the internet needs tight controls and close monitoring.
The gun purchases also could have been done by someone else, though if he was indeed a black ops victim, they could have had him do it to get his face on security cameras, he's generic looking so could have made the purchases with no one recognizing or remembering him. My next post to this thread will be on his very close connections via his family to mind control.
This guy did not kill those people. It's an inside job and evidence will be manufactured (as in the book he allegedly sent his so called psychiatrist, still not buying that she was his doc, she's a drug abuser to boot.)
Unless everything they are doing is completely upended, they will get away with it. Just like they get away with everything else. I don't believe it was MS-13 either.
James is just collateral damage. They don't give a crap if he fries.

Did anyone listen to Toldce's interview which I posted here yesterday? It is not far from the realm of speculation that mind control techniques could and were used on Holmes, V2S (voice to skull) technology-the victim hears voices broadcast to his skull that no one else can hear, possibly sending him to see a psychiatrist. Mind control techniques have been studied and used for nearly 100 years, speculation that Holmes was a victim of this by evil factions to attain a specific goal(s) is not impossible, in fact, looking at his direct connections to such people, it is more than likely the truth of the matter.
I'm just using them as an example for who did the actual shooting, it was someone with experience and who was unshaken at the scene they created.I don't believe it was MS-13 either.
I believe they will/are using him to temper his father's testimony at the LIBOR hearings. Also, I would say that since they are satanists, and they arrested him on the day that satanists kidnap their victims and prepare them for sacrifice, they look forward to killing him. That poor guy, can you imagine waking up and being accused of such a heinous crime (and I only say this because I feel in my gut he had nothing to do with this) and having most of the sheeple in America hating you for something you didn't do? I've been praying for him, it seems the least I can do, also that the truth comes out before it is too late for him. Is he Jewish? I read that he was a counselor at a Jewish summer camp teaching the kids archery.
I hear the police rescinded the claims that he was spitting on everyone and had to put a mask on him. I also hear that he is in solitary, so inmates would have no idea of what he does and does not eat, or his sleeping habits.
Was just told a short while ago that he has Timothy McVeigh's old attorney, if true, the guilty by association thing is really obnoxious-I hope it's not true, as we all know what happened to him. Remember McVeigh saying that the military put a chip in his butt and it made him do things against his will? Wasn't very well known.
Just found this audio, a girl in theater 8 said that someone in theater 9 called her and told her that there was a gunman shooting up the place and to get out. She and her group ran to the emergency exit and saw blood all over the place, and was unable to leave via the emergency exit so had to wait inside theater 8 until someone at the top opened the doors so all could leave.
Where the hell did the blood at the exit door in theater 8 come from?

Another audio where they are saying Holmes was found in the back seat of his car very dazed and out of it.
Made a good point, if this guy is so stoned out of his mind, how did he pull this off. The witnesses said he came in, threw the gas canisters and waited as people stared at him, until the canisters went off and the gas was wafting out before he began shooting. A bonehead kid intent on killing people would more likely panic and jump the gun, not calmly waiting until the right moment to begin shooting. The entire episode supposedly took about one minute, the shooter knowing police response times. The following talk is interesting, bringing up a plausible explanation for almost everything, instead of mind control saying he was drugged just like another high profile case.

Mr. Creighton said he was wanting to know where the security cams were located, and realized that the person was wearing the gas mask until he was right under the camera where it couldn't get a picture of his face, which explains why it was tossed where it was, by the actual shooter who left the scene immediately. I think it was an oversight, as the planted gas mask was apparently back with Holmes, who was drugged up and unable to leave the scene.
Here is a long shot of the scene outside, you can see there are a lot more pieces of clothing or riot gear than what is shown in the close up shots, in fact, they go out and to the left towards the big garbage bins.

I told you I thought the druggie psychiatrist was a set up, as was the phoney book "he" sent.Holmes' defense attorneys claim he was a "psychiatric patient" of the medical director of Anschutz's Student Mental Health Services prior to the Aurora shooting; however, the prosecution disagrees with that claim.[36][37]

Ragnarok, if you look at other photos you can see the blood trail actually continues down the sidewalk to the end where the gas mask was found, it gets thin for about a third of the sidewalk, then gets heavier blood leading up to a large pool of blood (evidence marker 3 was on it). I saw two distinct bloody shoe prints on either side of that trail, one tennis shoe, and one flip flop it looked like.
The guy in the video isn't the shooter, people are screwing with things. I found several news pieces of interviews with people who knew him well:

Thoughts about a friend named James Holmes
Disclaimer: I’m not here to justify the actions of the Aurora shooting. Nothing can warrent such a ridiculous act. Instead, I’m going to give you some background on a side that not even the media has covered. After a few days of digesting this, I decided to write my thoughts about it all and kinda describe what I’ve been thinking.
For those of you who haven’t already known, James (or Jim) was one of my 3 apartment-mates in my second year at UCR. Originally I was assigned to live with James, —- (both lived with each other freshmen year) and someone named —-, who transfered out before the fall, in the newly constructed Glen Mor apartments . During winter quarter, —– moved into the apartment. After the year was over, —- moved out with his friend, —- and I lived in —, and James lived on his own until he graduated. We have seen James randomly throughout campus and lost contact with him after 2010, especially since his facebook was deactived (not that he used it that often anyway).
I had not heard anything about him until Friday morning, when a friend posted about the suspect. I saw the picture without looking at the name and said holy ****, that’s James…I was in disbelief. It took me almost the entire day to really pull myself together…a man who’s responsible for 12 deaths and 50+ injuries was my apartment-mate. My co-workers thought I was lying at first…but seriously how do you make this stuff up? I read all these comments and articles about how much of a monster James is…and I’m mixed with emotions…none of you know him. Everyone’s disrespectful and ****…sure he did a huge crime, but he wasn’t always like this.
James was an introverted guy, no doubt about that. A smart and witty guy who prefered to be doing his own things. He was not a loner; a loner implies that he struggled to make friends and socialize. Instead, he was self-sufficient and independant. He lived his own life, had his own schedule and did it; nothing wrong with that. He would always be in his room with the door open, either doing homework, playing video games, or lying on his bed and stare at the ceiling. When you see him walk by or ride his bike, you can see that he’s in his own zone. The guy loved his solitude, but if you took the effort to get his attention you’d get it. As roommates, we would have to drag him out of his room to work out with us, or watch tv or eat. Nevertheless, he was warm and friendly. He liked listening to trance, he watches comedies such as the office, family guy, simpsons. He even came out a few times to play games with me and —–. He was never good at them, and he played 1/5th of what I used to play. He would always drive me to get groceries or to drive me to metrolink or even san diego when he was going home. The only thing I discovered was that he didn’t like going home and he especially didn’t get along with his little sister because she was bratty, but even then he would never show resentment or hate. This guy is more normal than some people I know right now. If you asked any of my roommates, they would tell you the same thing.
So what happened to this guy? I don’t know…something definitely happened to him from the time we graduated to the shooting. He apparently went to Colorado to get his PHD but he ended up dropping out. I felt no danger living and interacting with him. Hell, a few of my SD friends even stayed over and met him during the SD wildfires. The thing that we can take from all this is that this could happen to anyone. It’s unfortunate that a friend I got to know and bond with is involved with the shooting. It stings…because a vision of someone has been shattered by a crime. I feel bad that I didn’t check up on him after college. I suggest that everyone should check up on their introverted friends and get to know them better. You’ll learn a side that no one knows (remember, they’re misunderstood, not crazy). Maybe you’ll help them deal with something that they’ve been struggling with…because I feel like this could have been avoided if the proper steps were taken.
Hopefully this gives some perspective on the other side of James; my intentions aren’t to change your mind about the crime, but give you some background on an area that isn’t covered. The media does a fantastic job of making him look like a monster…but there’s always two sides of the story. I do thank the people who has been checking up on me. Prayers go out to all the victims and their families, and even James’s family.
I hope we can all move forward and learn from this instead of playing the blame game.

As Sunday morning’s low gray skies and

community, Martinez, now 24, was clear on
Holmes’ early promise as an intellectual.
“I remember him being exceptionally
intelligent. He excelled in academics. He a
lways was in the top of the class ... He
was a pretty good athlete, too. But he
wasn’t a loner back then — he played, he
got along well with all the kids. He was a
nice, quiet kid. You’d never think that
something like this ... But in thirteen years,
a lot can happen.”
Elkins, also 24, affirmed his friend’s
assessment of Holmes as gregarious. “He
always got picked first, for flag football, for
example, because he was fast. He was
friends with everybody else, too. I had
detention quite a few times, and I never
saw him in there.”
Although neither Martinez nor Elkins had
heard anything from their classmate since
then, they both were firmly in agreement
there was no way to see this tragedy
coming.
“You know, there’s kids, like bullies, they
don’t get along with other kids, or the
whole population, or just the student body.

Here's something I just ran across, someone was looking for security camera placement and bemoaning the fact that the tree obscures it (it doesn't), I noticed the burn out marks on the grass, which would place the car/truck at the location of the gas mask found at the end of the parking lot. It's not within the cordoned off area so I doubt police even know it's there. It could potentially be the shooter's get away vehicle which was waiting at the back of the building out of sight, and upon seeing the shooter, drove out, picking him up (explaining why the gas mask is on what would be the passenger side if the car was heading towards the 4 lane highway), driving across the parking lot, up over the curb and median separating the theater parking lot from the 4 lane road.
Just a thought.
ETA: I didn't see any photos of people outside the theater that night who had swollen eyes from the gas, I wonder if it was tear gas or just a smoke bomb? Also, the photo where he's supposed to have been on a porn site, he looks stoned out of his mind, makes me wonder if it's legit or was part of the set up.

You know, it's interesting, after 2 weeks and a day, this is old news, in fact the last time I posted to the thread, I felt like I was beating a dead horse here as few here seemed interested or concerned. New threads are popping up on other large forums regarding specifics of this case, but here, all is quiet. Perhaps it's the massive barrage of news that we are hit with here daily. Or disinterest. I found something I thought I'd post just to revive the thread and show what people are thinking regarding the shootings.
I hear you, Flippper. The problem is that even if we know everything about this skanky operation is true, what can we do about it right now? I think people are frustrated. It's not lack of interest.

Definetly NOT a lack of interest...for sure...I've been 'puzzled' myself since this happened.
I remember one of the MSM channels saying that Holmes' PARENTS owned the apartment building he was staying in.
I remember a MSM report where they had THREE different names that he went by on the net and for the love God I can't remember them....but I have NOT heard nor seen it mentioned AGAIN...
I remember the IRANIAN reports and then suddenly it turned out that it was a guy who owned a gas station who asked Holmes at one time if he was Iranian and Holmes apparently got enraged at the question...
I also remember TOO WELL that when this first came out it was reported there were at least TWO shooters and they used tear gas then it went from tear gas to smoke bomb and back to tear gas again...
THEN add in those crime scene photos...where the guy's gear is way over away from his car...three sets of bloody footprints....where were the weapons?
Oh and that guy would not have been still 'stoned' from the Vicoden like he was a few DAYS later in the courtroom. He was DRUGGED. Seen it too many times. AND if you take Vicoden over the course of so many years, it won't neccesarily just KILL your liver overnight like that. Also seen that as well. Some Vic addicts can take 200 >mg of it a DAY and act normal. Some Vics have a low dose APAP in it as well.

I've seen optical illusions before and so out of curiosity I stared at post #860 to see if any would happen. It was in it's initial still frame and not moving.
After staring for several minutes, it seemed like being down a deep hole with bars going up to a light at the top and then an eye ball floated into my vision feild. It made my hair stand on end when I looked away and found the eye ball stayed afloat in my vision feild as though it was staring back at me.
It was an optical illusion like I had seen designed purposely for entertainment in other places before.
Then I scrolled down to post #862 with a tin foil creature that has an eye ball inside the same looking bars as post #860.
There seems to be some symbolism being repeated there (from the film to the tin foil creature).

The interest has shifted to the blizzard of legislation piled up to allegedly "prevent" another incident such as this.
Heck, as an example, if the same level of legislator and governmental concern was given on 12 Sept 2001 as opposed to go home and back to your affairs we'll handle this, I shudder to think as to what would be going on or not now.

Well I'm relieved to hear that there is still interest. I've been posting at above top secret, there are a few threads running over there, with some interesting comments.
Something one of the posters mentioned was about how hard it is to see in one of those gas masks, I agree, the peripheral vision is obstructed. Also, if a person was expecting to run and escape, that get up would be cumbersome to say the least. That the shooter left his mask on until he was past the security camera speaks volumes. I expect that the real shooter was removed from the scene and immediately terminated if this was a big time false flag and I am certain it was.
You know, I was thinking about what he did, why so many damn guns? He would have to stop, toss one, grab another and begin shooting, reloading from which ever pocket the ammo for that particular gun was located, this would take time and concentration, a very organized and practiced set of motions. If he was as smart as everyone says, and I believe he was, why not take the best gun for the job and load up on clips? Less weight, all pockets contain what it takes, no fumbling for the right one, and no needing to have one gun slung across the chest in the way while trying to use the other. It's a relatively small auditorium, he didn't need a sniper rifle.
And the 6000 rounds of ammo, soooo way overkill, whoever ordered it for him did it so it would affect people's conception of guns and possibilities, a psy ops. A guy who figures to get capped in his first murder job isn't going to buy 6000 rounds of ammo, he just isn't. That would have cost a lot of money, I found out he did get the $26,000 last year, but it is split up into small doses over the year to cover expenses, so he didn't get it all at once. Where did he get the money to pay for all this?
This guy spent Christmas at a friend of his parents and made cookies for the little boys there, he also volunteered at a Jewish summer camp teaching boys how to do archery. He sounds like a nice kid, his friends said they never heard a bad word about him. Ever.

so he goes out the alarmed door and of course since this was the batman opening it was not monitored
or mebe he disarmed the alarm
and he spends 5 minutes putting on the armor which was not seen by the security guard watching the monitors
and then he opens the emergency exit - did he block it open or tape the lock? was there a door handle on the outside?
so he goes from a lighted parking lot back into a dark theater with a gas mask on without falling down
(anyone ever go scuba diving? at night?)
with a little over zero training

Raven-I have been reading this thread and others, watching MSM and listening to the radio talk shows. This whole thing smells to the high heavens leading to the DOJ, gov't, FBI and whoever one wants to include.
Scuba diving at night is a near, if not a total disaster to one that hasn't been in the water at night. Black is not BLACK, It is Scary Black and with putting all that garb checking the rifle, shotgun and pistols it would take Holmes a good 15 or more minutes to place and check all his gear yet alone putting on the gas mask having it cloud up with moisture then walking from a semi lit area into a dark room w/o tripping, stumbling and flailing about trying to find his way up the stairs with the lights shinning in his face.
This whole thing stinks and right before the UN Small Arms Treaty.
Holmes will either disappear, commit suicide or be wisked of to some unknown fairytail land. The public will wake up one morning and all this will be swept under the carpet, except those that were MURDERED for the sake of WHO KNOWS WHAT

The psychiatrist who treated suspected movie-theater shooter James Holmes made contact with a University of Colorado police officer to express concerns about her patient's behavior several weeks before Holmes' alleged rampage, sources told ABC News.
The sources did not know what the officer approached by Dr. Lynne Fenton did with the information she passed along. They said, however, that the officer was recently interviewed, with an attorney present, by the Aurora Police Department as a part of the ongoing investigation of the shooting.
Fenton would have had to have serious concerns to break confidentiality with her patient to reach out to the police officer or others, the sources said. Under Colorado law, a psychiatrist can legally breach a pledge of confidentiality with a patient if he or she becomes aware of a serious and imminent threat that their patient might cause harm to others. Psychiatrists can also breach confidentiality if a court has ordered them to do so.
"For any physician to break doctor-patient confidentiality there would have to be an extremely good reason," said Dr. Carol Bernstein, a psychiatrist at NYU Langone Medical Center and past president of the American Psychiatric Association.
Bernstein has no specific knowledge of the Holmes case and spoke in general terms.
"Confidentiality is a key part of the doctor-patient relationship," she said. "It is central to everything we do."
ABC news and affiliate KMGH-TV in Denver first reported Wednesday that Fenton had contacted other members of the university's threat-assessment team about her concerns. The university-wide, threat-assessment team reportedly never met to discuss Holmes after he announced his intent to withdraw from the University nearly six weeks before the July 20 shooting that left 12 dead and 58 injured.
University of Colorado spokeswoman Jacque Montgomery declined to comment on what, if anything, the university police officer might have done with information provided by Fenton, citing a court-issued gag order preventing her from confirming or denying any information related to Fenton or the investigation.
In a written statement to ABC News, however, the university said campus police officers are "frequently involved" in meetings of the university's Behavioral Evaluation and Threat Assessment (BETA) team.
The statement went on to say that police involvement with threat assessment "could include security matters, badge access, background checks, wellness checks, criminal investigations and referrals and outreach to other law enforcement agencies."
An attorney for Fenton declined to comment.

I still think Fenton is a junkie and was approached "months before" regarding submitting false information regarding Holmes, in exchange for her job. Records are easy to fudge if you know ahead of time you need to.
I think someone was messing with his mind to the point they got him to uncharacteristically begin failing classes for the first time in his life, creating the impression of a desperate individual, whom the pressure drove mad. Perhaps it was Fenton who was given the task of initially inducing him via hypnosis, then others took over-usually, to be hypnotized one must trust the hypnotist. After that, post hypnotics can be used to turn over control to others. It seems far fetched but I've heard several women who've come out of governmental satanic abuse who said this is exactly what they do. They can make the victim think they are someone else and not recognize their true identity, it's fascinating stuff, and not that difficult to do.
I've heard rumors that the notebook has been thrown out of evidence.

Anyway, I forgot to add something on another thread about this case. Someone went into detail about what Holmes' dissertation was really about, not time travel or whatever but this:
Basically, dancing around post hypnotic commands of amnesia, or similar. This is very nearly investigating mind control and it's effects on the brain.Interesting point in the huff (huffington post) article above. First it mischaracterizes the Temporal Illusion presentation. He was not saying that one could change reality, what he was talking about was memory modification involved in memory encoding and retrieval-post occurance memory modification and unconscious transference. He was not saying reality and time actually changes.
