Never would of thought that pickle juice actually works when you get feet, hand, leg cramps! Couple days ago, I had bad feet cramps that really hurt! A cousin told me, he always drink pickle juice for his cramps so I tried it, sipped about a 1/4cup juice and within 10 minutes they were gone! Yes, I know probably wasn't good for me because I'm diabetic but darn, it worked!
littledeb, also a tsp to a tbsp yellow mustard works pretty good. A banana before bedtime also works nicely. And, believe it or not, for cramps in feet/lower legs at night, unwrap a bar of Ivory soap, slip it under your bottom sheet about ankle-level and sleep with it there. Don't know how/why, but it helps.
