I really like this book and have even managed to do more than look at it. LOL! I've made several of the recipes with the help of a neighbor that is very into "eating green" as it were though she is not a vegetarian.
For those on a tight budget - aren't we all these days - I managed to find the book on google books at http://books.google.com/books?id=UPa...recipe&f=false and while there seem to be a few pages blocked out there is so many recipes and how-to's that aren't that it is worth keeping the link in your favorites.
