Long-time lurker here.
I'm looking for information on the best place to buy dehydrated eggs and information on anyone's experience with using them.
Thank you.

Hi Minnie.
I have been buying yolks, whites, and whole from Walton Feed for several years. I like their quality and cost/oz. is not bad even with shipping.

We have used the Augason Farms brand of dehydrated eggs. We haven't noticed any difference in taste or texture when we have used them. They have an "everday size" can that you can buy to test it out: http://www.augasonfarms.com/Eggs-and...PC-78716-31004
Our grocery store and local Walmart carry this brand so we buy alot of their stuff.
We get ours at Honeyville. We use the Ova Easy brand, they are crystals and when rehydrated you cannot tell the difference between them and real scrambled eggs, even the texture is the same. Check with them to see if they have a store near you. Picking up in store in is about half the price of ordering on line.

Thanks for the info. I'll check out Walton and Honeyville.
