NEW YORK (WABC) -- In a bizarre and bitter lawsuit, a woman who worked at a business in midtown Manhattan is suing her bosses. She claims she was fired for being "too hot" at work.

"When my supervisor asked me to tape down my breasts I asked my supervisor, are you kidding?" Lauren Odes, the former employer said.

Odes said it wasn't a joke, the 29 year old was appalled by the suggestion and what happened at the 5th Avenue headquarters of Native Intimate's, a wholesale lingerie business.

The allegations of gender and religious discrimination were spelled out in the complaint currently filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

The voluptuous blond was hired April 24th to coordinate shipments of sample to customers and maintained that her supervisors repeatedly complained about her physical appearance and attire, even though she insists there was no dress code, co-workers wore tank tops, and were casually dressed.

bb-from watching her in the interview and looking at her throught the eyes of someone that photographs hot women I do not feel she is stupid but the likely thing is she was once *really* hot-she's very pretty but age is taking some of that edge, and she still has the "I'm all that." attitude.

In other words, my first assement is while she'd be nice to photo I'm not sure I'd want to do it because she is likely a bit of a bitch.

You guys aren't getting it. This is in New York City. If she was trash, she wouldn't have even been looking for a job. She's only 24. People talk like that down there, it doesn't mean you're a ho. Like I said, she wore plain dresses. Those guys even complained about a plain purple dress. They told her to tape down her breasts. They told her to wear a nasty ratty orange bathrobe (see video). They themselves were in the underpants with hearts on them business. But they are Orthodox Jews. I suppose it's hopeless for me to try to explain further, but I know what I'm saying. She went for a JOB and they couldn't handle it. It's not her fault.

It doesn't make her a ho. Those guys were on about the boobs, nothing else. They couldn't handle the boobs, even in nondescript plain old dresses. Like I said, repressed Orthodox Jewish boys. Actually, it is not a little thing. Your employers simply CANNOT tell you things like tape down your boobs and wear ratty bathrobes when you ARE wearing proper work clothes. It's big.

All I know is this. I worked at a software development company once which employed this woman that thought she was the hottest thing going. She would come to work in fish net stockings and high heels. She’d wear tight dresses and push up bras. She would nip out and do nothing to cover it. She had long nails, fake eye lashes and wore contacts that changed her eye color from day to day. Needless to say she got a lot of attention from us guys. The lesser attractive women of the office lodged complaints on a regular basis to the management about her appearance and forced the company to change its dress codes to limit what this woman could get away with. No more fish net stockings so she started wearing the panty hose that had the tattoo looking stuff woven into them. So the other women forced the company to again change dress code to not allow tattoo hose as well. These other hens kept bitching and complaining to the management to control this woman and what she wore that she finally quit. NONE of us guys cared what she wore and how she appeared. It was all the women of the office that had an issue. So I have a hard time buying that is was the “jewish” boys that couldn’t handle it.

There's one woman at my jobsite. She's about 5'10", and about 120 lbs. VERY "leggy". And her dress is wildly inappropriate for the workplace (unless that workplace includes a pole.) Her skirts (if you can call them that) end about 3/4" below her cooter. Her top, well, let's just say that you get to see all her "assets". You KNOW she's "hunting". Late 20's, the kind of woman that most men lose their minds for. Personally, I find her display disgusting and obvious. There is no place in a professional environment for ho's....
