Garden is Thriving/Rain in Texas
Rain in central TX this year has been good.
We have green beans in soup already.
Peas are really climbing, tomatoes and peppers are blooming, the corn and squash are bigger every time I go into the garden.
The mellons are taking over the eggplant area, they are going to go vertical this week. The herb garden is awesome too.
When this rain stops I need to cover the potatoes with more soil, the rate they are going I might get 2 potato crops this year.

What should I do with brocolli that is heading already? Cut off the small heads? I need to start some more brocolli and cauliflower seeds, for a double crop too.
Carrots won't sprout at all, what is the best method for planting carrots?
