    Awesome story Kathy!!
If you dont try to get it published(print,Amazon,Kindle),you should at the very least enter it into one of the fiction writing contests.
    Thank You!

Bravo, bravo!!! Now that was a wonderful tale to read again, and again lol. Oh though when I got to the last chapter and the first word I read is EPILOGUE ....I wanted to cry, yell, scream even NONONONO, it can't be over yet!! But all great things must come to an end. I imagine you need a few days to rest up, but then can I interest you in say...some bad beef or venison? LOL...no not really. But I sure am gonna miss reading this story! Thanks so much for sharing it with us.

It is always difficult to have a story you are so into come to an end......you cannot stop reading it, yet you do not wish it to end.

Kathy, another one of your great stories, a true talent you have and many thanks for your sharing

Kathy, over the course of time reading your stories I have watched your protagonists explore the nature of good and evil, of morality and ethics, love and duty. But most of all, your heroines are always presented with what I would call a case of conscience, and in every case by discerning the aforementioned natures they have each made the correct judgement in their individual cases of conscience.

Thank you for another well crafted tale. Now, do all roads really lead somewhere?

    Wow, that went fast!

I was expecting another 20 - 30 chapters and was just getting back to comment on how I took Ch. 60 and her Dad showing up and I long on tonight and find The End!

Another good one Kathy, but WAY too short.

Kathy, you do have a special gift... Thank you for sharing it with us.
Like your others, the ending is always bittersweet for the reader. I always end up learning something new and thinking about things from a different perspective when reading your stories.

I didn't find this story until it was complete so missed commenting as I read it. I hope you still see the comments. As always your stories reach me in ways I don't unterstand. At times I had to step away and stare out a window and just think. You reached many different emotions. I also laughed out loud at times This quote was one for some reason.
...That seemed to satisfy him and he left with a kick in his heels that cause the mule he was riding to give me a disgruntled look as if to say, “Did you need to wind him up quite this much?”...

I look forward to reading more stories as you write them. This one rates at the top and I have read them all, finished and in progress. You have a talent for reaching emotions. I am appreciative.
