BRKG UGA ALERT, Police Search For Armed Gunman

The University released an alert Thursday afternoon and blocked vehicles along Milledge Road after police were searching for an armed and dangerous suspect at the rear of the University golf course and Whitehall Road.

According to Red & Black reports, classes in the South Campus area where the suspect is being sought have been canceled.

According to the release:
"University police and ACCPD are currently searching for an armed and dangerous suspect at the rear of the UGA golf course and White Hall Road area as well as Riverbend Road. Suspect is a black man wearing a camouflage jacket and blue jeans. Everyone please stay away from this area. If you have contact with anyone meeting this description please call 911 immediately."

It's interesting how these incidents are happening in places where the sheeple are disarmed: university campus and an Army base!!
