Wikileaks founder Julian Assange has said that Wikileaks have obtained information that, when released soon, will guarantee a Hillary Clinton indictment.
During a recent interview with ITV, Assange said his next release will “provide enough evidence” to see Hillary arrested.

Silenceisconsent.net reports:

WikiLeaks has already published 30,322 emails from Clinton’s private email server, spanning from June 30, 2010 to August 12, 2014. While Assange didn’t specify what exactly was in the emails, he did tell ITV that WikiLeaks had “accumulated a lot of material about Hillary Clinton, which could proceed to an indictment.”

Assange hinted that the emails slated for publication contain additional information about the Clinton Foundation. He also reminded ITV’s Robert Peston that previously released emails contained one damning piece of communication from Clinton, instructing a staffer to remove the classification settings from an official State Department communication and send it through a “nonsecure” channel. Assange then pointed out that the Obama administration has previously prosecuted numerous whistleblowers for violating the government’s procedures for handling classified documents.

In regard to the ongoing FBI investigation, however, Assange expressed a lack of confidence in the Obama administration’s Justice Department to indict the former Secretary of State.

“[Attorney General Loretta Lynch] is not going to indict Hillary Clinton. It’s not possible that could happen. But the FBI could push for new concessions from the Clinton government in exchange for its lack of indictment.”





WikiLeaks has long been a thorn in the side of the former Secretary of State, who called on President Obama to prosecute the whistleblowing site after its 2010 leak of State Department cables. Julian Assange remains confined to the Ecuadorian Embassy in downtown London, as Ecuador has promised to not hand over the WikiLeaks founder to US authorities.

Or WikiLeaks could wait till Trump is sworn into office and someone like Trey Goudy is appointed head of Justice Dept. I have no confidence that she will ever be prosecuted with anything that might be released while the present players are still holding the cards. Clinton could set puppies on fire, in broad daylight, on the steps of the Capital building, in front of every msm outlet, with their cameras rolling and NOTHING WOULD HAPPEN TO HER!!!

After January 21st 2017 [Trump will be the next POTUS]. I can see a RICO indictment, related to the phony Clinton Foundation. We could hope some espionage and bribery charges too.

I just hope that Trump has competent Secret Service now and after he is elected.

It would probably boggle the mind if we knew how many different individuals, people in wall street, governments, companies etc. have paid good money to this crook for future favors.

This interview was June 12th, so it is a month and a half old.

He says "we have emails related to Hillary Clinton pending publication". I am thinking the DNC release.

I just listened to it, twice. This exchange never takes place: During a recent interview with ITV, Assange said his next release will “provide enough evidence” to see Hillary arrested.

While, if she violated the law, I would love to see this happen, this yournewswire posting is nothing but click bait.

The only way Hillary can be prosecuted would be if Trump is elected. Obama can just pardon her. [EDIT to note: If she has committed state crimes, that would be interesting, the president can only pardon criminal acts against the United States)

If she is elected, I also see Obama and the possibility of Bill Clinton as sitting justices on the SCOTUS. (if they can get pass congress)

I would invest in Popcorn futures.

I think wiki leaks is doing this because they know trump will win if hillary runs. If they can throw her out of the race they can ensure that a Democrat will win the election instead. I'm sure assange is no fan of trump.

I heard an interview with Trump and he was asked if he was frustrated that Hillary is not facing charges.

His answer was, "When I am elected, I don't think the statute of limitations will be up, yet."

To clarify my earlier post. I said the only way she could be prosecuted would be if Trump was elected, but I did not say it would happen. See, there is a snag. The Constitution is somewhat absolute on the power of Presidential pardon.

For a Federal crime, a Presidential pardon has to happen after the crime is committed (for the president can not wave law.....yes, I know this is debatable currently). But after the crime, the President can issue the pardon BEFORE criminal proceedings or indictment. The crime is the key, not the procedure at that point. As long as it is a Federal crime, the power of pardon is absolute. (except for impeachments)

Thus, they could get all those lawyers together, enumerate all the crimes, and Obama could sign them off. Sad for their legacy (and America), but if they were panicked enough, it could be done, and was how the Constitution was designed.

If Assange has two brain cells in his head, this information has been distributed far and wide to trusted sources. If he dies, the info is immediately dumped into the arena of public opinion. And THAT may be the only thing that has kept him alive so far. At least that is what I would do. :whistle:

And people want so badly to believe that there will be earthly justice for this bunch of criminals that they gladly get their chain yanked, over and over.

He's made an unredacted insurance file available to anyone for download. If anything prevents wikileaks from distributing the information the password will be sent out. The file is 88 GB.

Look here Geck. The presidential pardon can only be done by a president. Step one for Trump will be to clean the courts of the devils. Step two will be to nullify Obama's usurpation of the office as an illegal alien unqualified for the job. None of Obama's orders or pardons will be worth spit.

Only one former Prez ended up on SCOTUS...William Howard Taft back in the 1920's. He died in March of 1930.

Like so may others in our little group I have shared the same angst and frustration over the past eight years for exactly the same reasons. One ripe news release claiming to have the goods - lock stock and barrel - then you never hear another word about it. The false heroes we have kept propped up with promises like "this will have no other course than to end in the impeachment or resignation of Obama"...blah, blah, blah.

Yeah. Right.

Face it folks. Nobody is going to step out of the phone booth, make some flashy claims at a news conference, then proceed to change the world and save our collective ass.

There’s a possibility here that makes me more nervous than hopeful.

Clinton is a weak candidate. The Democrat kingmakers know it. The press knows it. Even her most ardent backers know it. But Clinton herself will never admit it; her hunger for power is too great. The best chance the Democrats have of a Democrat successor to Obama is to remove Clinton from the ticket, probably to be replaced by Joe Biden or Elizabeth Warren. I’m fairly sure they’ve been casting about for a plausible method that wouldn’t destroy their party in the process.

I find myself thinking about the replacement of the indicted U.S. Senator from New Jersey, Bob Torricelli, who was yanked out of his re-election campaign and replaced by fossil Frank Lautenberg at the last second. In that case, the Democrats had a plausible excuse. In Clinton’s case, they need a plausible excuse. WikiLeaks might just be ready to provide them with one.

What are the odds that Biden or Warren could defeat Trump? I can’t say, and I doubt anyone else’s opinion is authoritative. However, I feel safe saying that either of them would have a better chance than the fully tainted, widely and roundly disliked Mrs. William Clinton.
