A woman on the Chinese swimming team swam a faster 50 yd freestyle lap than Ryan Lochte (US great) did...

The thread title is misleading. She did not win the overall course time, Lochte was faster. She was only faster in the last 50yd leg of the race.

Missy Franklin swam a blinder, she'd only just finished the semi final for one event and she was back in the pool for the final of another, I'm surprised she had time to put her tracksuit back on.
